"The location and hotel were good, but the service and amenities could be improved. Even though the hotel was fully booked, dishes were frequently missing at breakfast and were usually only provided after we asked for them. The room was okay, but some things were inconvenient, such as the lack of a wardrobe and the very small and awkwardly shaped sink."

"Well we have accidentally booked the wrong hotel - I am American and booked it, but we were planning to stay at a hotel with the same name in Austria. By the time we arrived , we saw the reservation was wrong . We called to apologize and cancel and see if maybe we could get at least a partial refund ( there's nothing to clean, no food needed etc etc) Anyways: I called to try and talk to someone. The guy at the hotel says: oh I don't speak English. Doesn't try to get anybody or whatever and hangs up. Then a few minutes later my wife, the German, call and talk to him. VERY RUDE PERSON! he does not let her finish my sentence , says no thats not us , we are Mohr Hotel ... She said : yea exactly that's what I was trying to say ! You have a reservation in our name for four people correct? He goes: oh JA! So she apologizes and try to explain the whole thing - and he just literally flips her off, doesn't let her finish her sentence again, he does not negotiate and just says: well.. too late, not my fault. And then again ( she’s being very very polite!!) he doesn't let her finish her sentence, just denies and then hangs up on her while she’s talking. THE RUDEST PERSON I'VE EVER TALKED TO AT ANY HOTEL. we're still waiting on email response, but they don't seem to care at all. Very sad! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE."

"We have been allowed to celebrate the summer party of our company with about 130 people in the courtyard of the hotel ridder master. The atmosphere is beautiful. It was all perfectly prepared and organized. Food, beverages and service - everything very good. We are happy to come back at any time. Our guests have stayed at the Hotel Zum Rittmeister. Very nice rooms, very clean, quiet, partly with air conditioning."
