位置優越，周邊美食很多，出行也方便，老闆服務態度很好，設施有點陳舊，不過對得起這個價格，預算低的首選。

差，非常差！一心都不想給，真不知道怎麼刷的好評。首先位置非常的難找，非常的破、差，首先到了就問我們在哪兒訂的多少錢，聽到後覺得太便宜，讓我們+20塊錢，不然沒有獨衞，好，加了，進去之後發現房間跟圖片上是一樣的。説明本來就是這個房間，衹是為了多加錢。第二空調遙控器牙刷浴巾洗漱用品什麼都沒有；第三被子和枕頭都有明顯的污漬，不知名黃色印跡；第四房間沒有鑰匙。態度也一般般。總之當花錢買個教訓，以後老老實實訂酒店

是那種老小區，單間很小，價錢也很高，體驗感最差的一個旅館，消費普遍比杭州高，城建破亂不堪，對温州印象很差，一輩子不會再來了

旅館是在居民樓裏，裝修比較簡單，但交通方便，到中山公園、五馬街、松台山進出很近，逛到晚回去也沒問題。隔壁是醫院，附近很熱鬧，吃飯購物方便，價格實惠，老闆老闆娘都很和氣～

很差，非常差，讓我感受到上世紀的氛圍，衞生也不行，給的日常用品也很廉價，加錢升級房型然後告訴我們空調壞了，這價錢在周邊都可以找到更好的，避坑。
