There was only one wine list in each restaurant, and it felt extremely unprofessional to follow the waiter from the second floor to the first floor to find this wine list. All the fruit plates and cups that others had eaten were not collected, and they were spread there to feed flies. The next day, not to mention that we and the next table were served the wrong breakfast set that we had chosen in advance at breakfast time, the whole service was very chaotic. The waiter stood next to a workbench full of collected dishes, paper towels, rags, etc. used by guests to help us register for breakfast, and then there were tables that had been used but not collected. It was indeed very slow to remind us when we ordered coffee, but it was so slow that I felt that I could go to the Mixc opposite to buy it and come back. The waiter was very busy, but I really didn't know what he was busy with. Great attitude but really needs some training."

"Hi everyone! I have stay in The Westin Wenzhou check in July 4th and July checkout 6th one night! So this morning request to delivery the 2 breakfast to my room! Which they say yes we will do! After I check out and ask my deposit refund they deducted 570yuan I call them and ask what is that for? They said room service charge for breakfast ???? This is not right they have to inform to customer that the room service will be charge 570rmb which they never inform! How they can do that ???? They charge whatever they want without inform to the customer!"

"Seriously, who else gets it? Why are all Atour Hotels so consistently amazing? The service is great, the environment is great, but most importantly, they just know how to make you feel good. After checking in, I was so impressed with the drinks in the fridge. I wasn't sure if they were free, so I called the front desk, and they confirmed they were! Even better, during my 3-day stay, I noticed the drinks were replenished daily; as soon as you finished them, they'd be refilled. What also really won me over was the breakfast – the variety was insane! Even though it was busy during the National Day holiday, the dining area was large, and the staff were incredibly efficient, quickly seating everyone. So many delicious options, and everything tasted fantastic. Atour truly excels; it's a super five-star experience. Next time, I'll definitely be staying at another Atour location, haha."

The swimming pool, though, was excellent – large and with crystal-clear water. However, breakfast was a letdown.
