What a fanstastic experience overall, well done Ibis Styles Longwan Team!
From a personalized airport pick up/drop off service by a very friendly and professional young driver to an amazing hospitality service provided by the Reception and cleaning staff, I could not have hoped for a better stay during my short transit in Wenzhou.
The room was perfect for my needs (non smoking and with a view), it is super clean, spacious and had all the amenities once can hope for.
The breakfast was awesome too, with a wide variety of choice for food and drinks. The homemade soup was just divine!
Special thanks to the Reception crew who went above and beyond to help me navigate through an issue with my airline booking (not related to Ibis).
They are always smiling and even if English may not be their first language, we could easily communicate via translators.
Finally, if I was to rate my entire experience at the Ibis Styles Longwan Airport from 0 to 100, I can hand on heart give them 100 as they demonstrated all the customer service qualities and attributes associated with perfection!

Always my preferred choice when I need to catch a flight and need hotel near the airport. Good service, courteous staff, clean rooms, a good overall experience.

Staffs are very good. They are very helpful and service minded. The room is very clean but the toilet's door is transparent. The location is near to Longwan International Airport. It takes around 10-15 mins to the airport. Hotel is a bit far from restaurants. There is vending machine in the lobby. You can find some beverage and instant noodles.
