房間寬敞舒適，房內設施乾淨，大廳環境良好，前台服務周到。早餐也較豐富。離温州南站近。唯一一個問題是洗衣房裡的烘乾機的毛絮濾網可能啟用之後沒有清潔過，黑色毛絮已經堵住了過濾網。當然，這個責任可能在使用烘乾機的客人，因為機器上面有紙條寫着，使用前（還是後）要清洗過濾網的。但鑒於幾乎沒有客人清潔過，可能服務員今後需要注意檢查，幫助及時清潔。當時我看到後把毛絮倒到隔壁的洗手間的垃圾桶裏了。這個不影響我對酒店的整體評價哈。

設施：各種設施很好，距離温州南站超級近，散步一段玻璃棧道就到了，我是臨時定的，入住便捷，前台小哥哥服務超級好，由於下高鐵太累了沒來得及拍房間內部照片，但真的不錯
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：樓下就有麥當勞，也有其他店面，實在累了沒出去轉

房間很安靜，前台服務很好很貼心。到店怕我熱還給我準備了冰礦泉水。晚上還貼心的準備了零食。房間帶個陽台，對我這煙民非常友好，可以安靜的坐在陽台上抽煙看風景！

房間大，裝修風格為簡約型，洗手間為乾濕分隔的，就是一些小設施需更新下（如電燈開並面板易掉），離温州南站步行幾百米可到，早餐品類在舒適型酒店裡算豐富了！
