酒店距離温州火車站很近，步行5分鐘可達。房間在一層臨街，本來擔心會很吵，不過由於房間窗户是雙層，都關緊後倒是挺安靜，晚上睡覺完全沒問題。
房間很小，房內設施也都很老舊了，床前的燈甚至已無法使用。衞生狀況也相當一般，洗手枱有些很明顯的陳年污跡，地板也有顯而易見的開裂和不平。雖然靠近火車站，其實周邊飲食並不多，需要往北邊的巷子裏走才能找到比較多的餐飲小店。交通還算便利，火車站廣場就是公交樞紐站，還有個BRT首末站，公交線路去往全市各處，挺方便。在長假裏遊人眾多的時候，這裏價位還算合適，短期住個三兩天還可以接受吧。

酒店距離地鐵站有一定的距離，步行過去還是要走一陣，附近有公交站，距離火車站和汽車站也不算太遠，整體還算可以
