GreenTree Inn (Wenzhou Xiaonan)

This is a budget hotel that offers spacious rooms and convenient location. The staff are helpful and despite the language barrier, are able to assist efficiently. Cleanliness is good, but amenities and fixtures needed updating. Overall, still a good value for money given that's it's one of the cheaper options you'll find. Money Saving Tips: 1. If you are coming from Wenzhou South Station, take the S1 line to Dezheng Station (3 stops), and from there, book a ride hailing service like DiDi... it will only cost you 15-20 yuan.... if you book from Wenzhou South direct to the Hotel, it can go up to 50yuan one way. 2. Bike-sharing is available in Wenzhou through Alipay, *******, or DiDi. You can bike going to Wuma Pedestrian Street and Wharf going to Jiangxin Yu Islet. It's not very far and it's a good way to have a feel of the city.

It was good. I would give at 7/10

Clean and with a very good shower this was quite a good place to stay, within walking distance of many tourist sites and close to a number of bus routes. The hotel is set back in a little alley so doesn’t get traffic noise. A member of staff helped me get the aircon going.

 The hotel is good and the location is good so from the centre of city
