1、地位位置和環境噪音：雖然臨街，但夜晚車輛教少，還是比較安靜。離地鐵站10分鐘左右，不過酒店附近便利店餐飲店幾乎沒有，離中心景點較遠。
2、房間設施和服務質量：整體環境不錯，但存在細節問題，且辦入住的時候遇到了比較離譜的事情。一開始定的是隔壁的新畫面酒店（這兩家在同一層樓，同一個前台），進房間後發現地板都是潮濕的，像剛灑出來，沒經過處理，於是讓前台換一間房，結果這間房的門鎖有問題，見圖1，後面就換到泊客灣酒店，前台説可以先上去看下房間，結果給我安排了拐角處的奇奇怪怪的房間，還是豪華大床房！拖着行李箱跑了好幾次，太累了，後面就直接入住了泊客灣酒店的房間，跟前台説不要那個拐角處的房間，以為總算是個正常的房間了，結果進去後發現所謂的豪華大床房連熱水都沒有，雖有乾濕裝置，但作用為0，洗完澡水全流到馬桶旁邊，而且拖鞋還是鏤空的!!!椅子坐着也很不舒服，真沒住過這麼差勁的豪華大床房!第二天換了普通大床房，反而還比豪華大床房正常一點，至少有熱水了，其他設施也差不多! 不太懂，在房源充足的情況下，老是給我安排奇奇怪怪的房間，很無語！
