停車方便，入住很快，房間陳設佈局比較舒服，還是蠻有格調的。客服小姐姐引導服務做的也可以，晚上住宿環境蠻安靜的，一覺睡到8點多才起床，樓下美食種類和味道也都還不錯，挺好吃的。房間乾淨寬敞明亮，對於常年在外出差的我來説很方便。主要房價非常性價比，住的很滿意！

廁所枱麪濕的，地面濕的，餐桌上的盤子臟不拉嘰的，廚房水槽全是水，浴室白色架子上還有用過的牙膏牙刷，冰箱裏的西瓜和檸檬茶已經被凍了幾百年了，從來都不檢查的嘛？這衞生真的是不敢恭維，真不知道攜程上的高評分是怎麼來的。

第一次到温州，網上預訂了公寓（可以帶寵物）剛進房間給人感覺還可以，但隨着入住時間長了所有問題就出來了，1：浴室水龍頭隨意擺放，無掛鈎，單手拿着洗澡 2：熱水十到十五分鐘就沒了（不管你洗沒洗好）3：早晚高峯不適合帶寵物進出，電梯人滿為患 ，4：房間空調製熱效果很差很差 5：電視不能看新聞和全國各地電視台（衹能看收費項目）
