The hotel room is very good. clean and big room. good for business travel. the hotel staff also very helpful. they help me to send my package to ningbo. they provide free coffee in the lobby. this very helpful for business travel as we meet up with my business partner in the lobby area. lastly the hotel staff able to help me to call for online taxi to airport. superb service hotel staff. Great Stay, Great Location

I stayed here on 23 Nov. This hotel is new. The staffs here were very welcoming and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast. The location is close to the shopping centre. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

Best hotel in wenling but a bit far

Excellent staff, conditions, very hhelpful and kind. I am vegetarian and they made special arrangements for me in breakfast and even lunch with no extra charge. Highly recommend.

Opening windows for ventilation doesn't work at all. In addition, the sound insulation is also very poor. The sound from the upper, lower, left and right rooms is very clear, and there is also the hum of the equipment. Before 6 o'clock every morning, the staff downstairs will drag the large trash can and make a lot of noise. The quality of sleep during my stay was very poor. The hotel has a takeout robot, but after the takeout person puts the takeout into the robot, it still needs hotel staff to operate it. I ordered two takeaways, but they were always placed in the takeout robot's cabin and stayed in the lobby until he went downstairs half an hour later. Found it after looking for it.
