The hotel staff were also very kind and let us move our luggage upstairs. The room was a bit dated, and the conditioner bottle was empty and not refilled. We checked in late, so we didn't call to request it. The indoor pool is small, and there's no jacuzzi. We stayed for one night."

I asked the driver about the security situation in Reno. The driver said he had lived here for many years and felt that except for the place where I just stood (next to the hotel), it was okay 😅"
