Very nice, comfortable and convenient hotel. The room is spacious and fine, with good facilities. The breakfast each morning is really varied and great. Excellent location in city centre next to bus, metro and trams and just 30 minutes by bus to Chopin airport. Highly recommended

This hotel is a 20-minute ride from the Chopin airport. Located at a 2 minute walk is the subway station, which can take you to places across the city. The hotel is modern and clean and boasts very comfortable rooms. The breakfast spread was very good!

The hotel shares the same building as the Crowne Plaza, so don’t let that confuse you. A good hotel with clean rooms and a decent breakfast. In terms of location, it’s a bit far to walk from Warszawa Centralna, but you can take the tram for just two stops to reach the hotel.

It's all good and nice. But pick up from the airport is way too expensive.

The hotel management is not helpful at all. I had booked a double room for two days from 9/12 to 9/14. I was coming from Brussels and the flight was cancelled due to a strike at the airport. I could not find another flight to Warsaw. I sent a message to the hotel to refund or postpone my stay to another time as these are circumstances beyond my control. I sent them the cancellation email from Ryanair to me. But the hotel management refused to refund or postpone. Does everyone who has circumstances beyond their control not have the ability to return their reservation?

The room are super small you can move inside!! Breakfast not bad And if you don’t ask they not come to clean the room

The hotel is a bit away from Warsaw Centrum (centre), but very close to metro and tram connections. Breakfast buffet was good, clean rooms.

I love Holiday Inns, however, this property in Warsaw was AMAZING! Beautiful rooms, super clean, staff was delightful, and it was close to everything. I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel, brand new, very clean, convenient location- right on a metro M2 and tram station. Below there’s small commercial center with supermarket, drugstore and McDonald’s. The staff are super nice and welcoming. Tasty breakfast. You have free coffee all day form the lobby machine which is great. Overall for 3 stars hotel this hotel is very recommended!! Thank you for the birthday cake 😄
