As a frequent business traveler, my stay at your hotel these past few days has completely redefined my understanding of what a luxury hotel should be. Every single detail was exceptional and truly deserves a five-star rating:

🏨 **Arrival Experience:** The curbside attendant jogged over with a smile to open my car door. The front desk quickly recognized my loyalty status and thoughtfully upgraded me to an executive floor. The bell staff addressed me by my surname when handing over the room card – that immediate sense of being respected instantly melted away my travel fatigue.

🛏️ **Guest Room:** The floor-to-ceiling windows transformed the city skyline into a living mural. A selection of down pillows offered various firmness options. The mini-bar featured a Nespresso coffee machine and TWG tea bags. The bathroom's underfloor heating system made stepping barefoot onto the marble floor an absolute pleasure, and the Dyson hairdryer and smart toilet truly exceeded all expectations.

🍴 **Dining Experience:** The desserts and cocktails at the executive lounge were truly impressive. The chef's special Shanghainese braised pork perfectly balanced sweet and savory flavors. For breakfast, Eggs Benedict and freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices were available à la carte, and the waitstaff even remembered my preferred latte strength on the second day.

💎 **Art of Service:** Turndown service not only tidied up my clothes but also included aromatherapy and a thoughtful bedtime amenity. After noticing my casually placed laptop, housekeeping proactively left a dust cover and cable organizer – this kind of anticipatory insight truly reflects the warmth and attentiveness of their service.

🏋️ **Facilities Quality:** The 24-hour gym featured Technogym equipment and chilled towels. The heated swimming pool transformed into a starlit glasshouse at night. The spa exclusively used Aromatherapy Associates products, and the therapists' expertise was so impressive that I booked two consecutive sessions.

From the underground jazz bar precisely recommended by the concierge to the little panda souvenir gifted upon departure, every touchpoint demonstrated an exceptionally thoughtful insight into guests' needs. This isn't just standardized service; it's a genuine art of hospitality infused with a human touch. It's truly worth planning a trip specifically to experience this hotel!

Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

What drew me to this booking was the private villa with its own pool, and it certainly exceeded my expectations overall. The hotel also boasts a classic 'old money' aesthetic with a distinct European charm, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast is a semi-buffet, where you can also order some delicious specialties. It wasn't crowded during my visit, and the direct walk to the nearby beach was incredibly convenient. The pool was pristine, ideal for simply lounging by the water and relaxing. The room amenities are well-maintained and modern, ensuring a truly comfortable stay. For daily outings, there's a convenient shuttle service, and food deliveries can even be brought directly to your door – a definite plus! Finally, a huge commendation to our butler, Lucy! Her prompt and attentive responses throughout our stay significantly elevated the entire experience.
