Overall, it was pretty good. There was a good range of activities, and we saw quite a few small animals in the mountain area. The two-bedroom unit was ideal for our family. Breakfast was also good. My only minor quibbles would be that some of the furniture felt a bit dated. It would have been even better if the TV was a smart TV (like Xiaomi) with access to TV series, and a night light was missing. Otherwise, no major complaints. Although the complimentary perks largely covered what was offered, my 65-year-old parents, despite being quite active, found many activities unsuitable and might have gotten a little bored.

Facilities: A trip to Changbai Mountain is primarily for Tianchi Lake, and whether you get to see it often comes down to luck. The great thing about Jin Hua is its excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, arcade games, and a mahjong room. This means even on a rainy day, you won't be bored or stuck with nothing to do.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness was up to par.

Environment: The hotel is located right next to the ski resort, which in summer transforms into lush green meadows. It's essentially the closest hotel to all the recreational facilities within the park.

Service: Excellent. Our dedicated service staff, Jason Sui, proactively contacted us via phone and WeChat even before our arrival. She promptly responded to all our inquiries regarding park services and updates on Tianchi Lake's opening status. Thanks to her helpful updates and good wishes, we managed to witness the stunning Tianchi Lake, even after it had been closed for three consecutive days.

We specifically returned to Beijing for a hotel staycation during the summer vacation. As a loyal fan of the MacFox brand, we chose a themed room for our child, which was like an escape room where they could solve puzzles and win prizes – our child loved it. The hotel is directly connected to Wanda Plaza, which was very convenient; we had all our meals there for three days and two nights. The swimming pool was also quite nice, with comfortable water. We'll definitely come back for another stay after the summer holidays when it's less crowded. Our housekeeper, Ms. Jiang, communicated with us in advance and provided four breakfasts for two days. She was also very attentive to any room needs, always ready to assist us promptly. We were extremely satisfied.

The hotel is brand new. The family room we booked is perfect for a trip with kids, although it's not very spacious compared to other Wanda properties. The Pinggu Museum is right downstairs, and it's not crowded, so it's quite quiet. It's about a 20-minute drive to Jinhai Lake Scenic Area, which is fairly convenient.

The scenery outside the hotel is quite good, the interior is still a bit old, but the overall quality is still relatively online.
The attitude of Xiao Chen at the front desk is also very good.
The only drawback is that the parking lot equipment is old, the car was lowered before it was completely out of the parking lot, and the car was hit by the lifting pole when leaving the parking lot. We didn't pursue it because we were in a hurry.

Chengdu Baixuanshe Hotel is a great experience, I will choose here next time I come to Chengdu!

Just checked out from Chengdu Baixuanshe Hotel, you must come and boast! The location is really amazing. You can walk to the subway station in a few minutes. It is super convenient to go to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. There are also many local snack bars around. You don't have to worry about foraging.

The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft, lying on it like trapped in the clouds, and sleeping at night was particularly fragrant. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, even the hair dryer is very windy, and the details are full.

The front desk lady sister service is super intimate, check-in speed is fast, and she also took the initiative to recommend us nearby play routes and hidden food. When there are a lot of luggage, she also helps to move, and the intimacy is full. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and not noisy, and the public areas are also clean and bright, completely exceeding expectations!

In short, this is a full score experience, I have recommended it to friends who come to Chengdu to play, and I will definitely choose here next time!
