A basic but convenient place to stay not far from Wakefield and the motorway. Free parking for guests and clean comfy beds make this a budget friendly place for work trips. Good for the price.

Adequate rooms clean and compact with ensuite facilities, tea and coffee in rooms. Modest reception /bar area. Perfect location for a quick stopover on a budget but certainly comfortable with no frills hence good value for money

Very basic motel style accommodation, but clean enough and with recently refurbished bathroom. Location being on an industrial estate limits local eating options and the onsite restaurant is pretty basic. Get what you pay for and I’ve stayed in worse for more money

Good clean place, out of the way of town so nice and quiet, staff always willing to help, good service, good price nice stay, WILL be staying again. Thumbs up.

Budget hotel offering good value for money. Had a good nights sleep

Second visit to this hotel. Super nice for the price. Staff helpful and friendly. Room is basic yet sufficient. 15 mins walk to off licence for all daily utilities. 30 mins walk to town centre. WiFi superb, never stops working or slow. Very nice for business travellers or a small retreat. No for an enjoyable holiday though.

Cheap and cheerful is the best way to describe this hotel. It is situated on an industrial estate. Reception is a corner of the bar. I was greeted by a friendly member of staff when I arrived. The bar area is very clean and well spaced out. However if you arrive at the weekend at night the only food available is sandwiches or pizza and kitchen closes at 8pm. The rooms are in a separate building which look like a low rise block of flats. The rooms are very clean but they are stuck in the 1970’s. Bed super comfy for me and linen pristine white as are the towels. Plenty of tea and coffee available. Though would be nice if they offered decaf tea as well as coffee. Breakfast was included in my price which was excellent. This hotel is mostly used by workers who need an overnight stay. When I went out of my room there were plenty of staff cleaning every thing on site. The signage was being wiped down. Stair hand rails being cleaned, carpark was immaculate. All in all if you are looking for a cheap stop over and don’t mind 1970’s decor this is a good place to stay.

Staff were very polite. Regularly security patrols through the night. Very convenient location. Would recommend as value for money.
