As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! "My wife and I have been hosted at the hotel around 13:00 p.m. 24/4 and even before the check-in time we were welcomed by the team that immediately provided us a apartment. We are hosted until 16:00 p.m. on day 28. The establishment is very clean, breakfast is not very varied, but honest and tasty, and the team as a whole is very kind and always ready to take care of it. We pay special attention to Eduardo and Thiago staff who were exceptional in reception and service. The bathroom box could rely on a plastic layer to prevent sliding and a side-side safety bar."
