"The hotel is well located and has excellent facilities, with renovated rooms, spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is complete (a wide variety of drinks) and, as a courtesy, there was sparkling wine and flavored water in the afternoon at the reception. The rooms with a view of the bridge with Vila Velha are charming and stand out. However, the cleaning left something to be desired. We spent Friday through Sunday without our room being cleaned because the cleaning on Saturday was late (we left in the morning and, when we returned, it had not been done). The person in charge even volunteered to do it, but it would have been uncomfortable with us in the room and we decided to leave it as it was. In any case, a positive review, classified as ”good-excellent”."

"Hostel is very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included! Easy to meet other travelers and hangout! I made some friends while staying here and have gone out on adventures with them. The receptionist Lucas and the owner Wilson are extremely nice and kind! Great location, close to everything. I stayed here about 2 months ago and came back again to stay here again while visiting some friends! It’s felt more like a little home/family! 100% recommended!"

Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious. "The hotel is in a great location. The service is very good, they always respond promptly. The garage is very tight, and sometimes it is almost empty to put the car, and I wasn't late from shopping. The room was reserved with 2 beds (1 couple and 1 single), only one bed was made with a dressed and one with a no, one with a dresser and another no. The room is very tight, but for the value paid in Victoria, it is good."
