"Super clean, very nice, sanctuary type accommodation. Had 2 nights stay in Visp and staying here was the best choice. Yes it is a bit further out from city center (only about 7 min walk) but in return you get rooms with great mountain views and quietness. So I rated location 4/5. Slight miscommunication when checking in, I got verbal guide from reception staff that breakfast is from 6am, but i could not take breakfast on my 2nd day because in the weekend, breakfast is from 7am, so be careful and read the guide in the room and dont rely on the reception satff only! I had an early train to catch from visp station so could not wait until 7am, So I lost money on the 2nd day, for breakfast included price I paid for. Other than this, everything else was great, so I recommend this place."

"The room condition was very clean and good The bedding and mattress were also good It is a modern and clean hotel The parking lot was good, and although it is an external parking lot, the route from the parking lot to the hotel is very good The design is pretty from the hotel entrance to the lobby and the resting area Everything is good. The only downside is that the elevator space is a bit small I can't say that this hotel is great, but it was a place that left a very good impression during my trip to Switzerland. I felt good because the rainbow welcomed me The front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and the food was delicious However, it was unfortunate that I left the baby ointment behind, but thanks to that, it is a hotel that I will remember for a long time."

"It’s only good for a one night stay if not for the excellent location, clean room. No Air condition, no refrigerator, no tea kettle but a bottle of water and a nosy fan. Pillows are extremely big/high. Even I’ve window opened at the it still warm. (02/09) breakfast was okay and simple. I stored my suitcase so I can go Zermatt but no one at the front desk when I retrieve my suitcase, pretty much everyone can walk in to take any bags at the lobby/front desk."
