"The cleanliness was impeccable, the staff impeccable, the breakfast, afternoon buffet, and dinner impeccable. The furnishings are almost modern, but with plenty of wood, resulting in a welcoming atmosphere. The terrace is beautiful and well-kept, and the service was very attentive, even down to the smallest details. We absolutely loved it and hope to have the opportunity to return. Our two dogs, who were welcome, also had a great time. The room on the fourth floor was spacious, with a terrace with table and chairs, and a large bathroom. Excellent! One drawback, explained upon checkout, is the spa area, which is not soundproofed from the pool and the enthusiasm of its very young guests. Relaxation, strictly speaking, isn't possible, but the saunas and Turkish bath are beautiful and functional. They told me that the spa will be renovated within two years, but I hope to return sooner anyway! Conclusion: well done!"

"I stayed two nights. I'll start by saying that the property is beautiful and clean, the staff a little cold but knowledgeable, and the dinner was excellent. Two things left our holiday with a bitter taste in our mouths: 1) The lack of attention paid to my LACTOSE INTOLERANCE during breakfast; 2) The owner's lack of honesty and the LACK OF TRANSPARENCY ABOUT PRICES. 1) Despite having mentioned my lactose intolerance, I couldn't find any accommodations at breakfast. A soy yogurt, a vegan croissant, or a dairy-free dessert would have sufficed... things I've never had trouble finding in smaller establishments. Luckily, I ate something savory. 2) I spoke to the owner over the phone and booked half-board, which she told me was €38 per person, so €76 for two. I decided to book dinner for one night. When we paid, we found a pleasant surprise on the receipt: the price of dinner was €109, a whopping €33 difference. Surprised, we asked for an explanation: we were told that dinner cost €42 per person and that cover charge, drinks, and bread were additional (and what prices! Two waters were €8, bread was €5, a glass of wine was €7). I pointed out that the price agreed upon over the phone was €38, and the impassive owner told me I must have misunderstood and that I could also check the prices on the website if I wanted. I began to suspect I'd made a mistake, and I paid. On the way home, I checked the website and discovered that the price listed for half board was €38. I called the establishment to let them know, but they arrogantly replied that "the website prices obviously need to be updated." I was very disappointed; beyond the €8 difference, I felt that a establishment of this caliber couldn't afford such "slips" just to earn a little extra. You can't fool customers like this, making them look stupid. If you say a price, that's the price, and it can't be changed at will. I believe honesty and transparency are the essential foundations for ensuring good service. What a shame! I've also attached a photo of the website and the receipt."

"I'd like to start with the positives. The staff are incredibly friendly. The garage is a good size. The swimming pool is also very nice. Unfortunately, I can't think of anything else positive. I traveled to the hotel with my wife and dog. We were greeted warmly and offered a welcome drink. Since it was very warm, we wanted to enjoy it on the terrace. As soon as we stepped onto the terrace, we were "greeted" by a loud honk from the construction crane opposite. At that point, I immediately considered getting back in the car and leaving... But we decided to give the hotel another chance. After our drinks, we went to our room with a view of the Dolomites. Upon entering the room, we were met with what felt like a sweltering 35 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Fahrenheit). I immediately went looking for the air conditioning switch. No luck! There was no mention of air conditioning anywhere... Our mistake... We opened the balcony door and were greeted once again by the crane operator... Our view fell upon what we later learned was a retirement home. Shouldn't the Dolomites be there? Yes, you can see the Dolomites, but that gray box is always in the foreground... The night was a disaster. We couldn't leave any windows or blinds open because the cars driving down the mountain would shine their lights right in our faces. It got hotter and hotter, and our dog couldn't stop panting. We didn't get a wink of sleep either. We hoped we could at least sleep in the room during the day. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible because of the construction site across the street. We then asked at reception for a fan. The staff searched in vain for one. When I asked where I could buy one myself, I received no answer... They promised they would find one and bring it to our room. Unfortunately, we waited in vain for the fan. So, the night turned into another nightmare. On top of that, a delivery arrived at 4:00 a.m. that was impossible to miss. That was the last straw, and we told reception we wanted to leave. The friendly gentleman checked with his boss and informed us that we would have to pay the full price for the two nights and half price for the following night, since we wouldn't be staying. This was despite the fact that there was no mention whatsoever of a construction site across the street. We also searched in vain for the promised hiking trails and green spaces for walking the dog. The food was okay, but apart from the portion size, it had nothing to do with a 4-star hotel. I've even had better half a chicken at Oktoberfest back home. We unfortunately cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The property is in a spectacular location with a breathtaking view. The rooms are small but well-maintained and very clean. The spa is small and clean, with a heated pool and two jacuzzis. The only downside (for a South Tyrolean) is that you have to pay for water during dinner (both still and sparkling). We'll definitely be back. A special mention goes to the masseur Roland. He's an artist in his field."
