Hotel Caroline Reviews

The hotel is 2 metro stations away from Vienna Main Station. It is also walkable within 15min. There is a shopping street nearby which I like it as I can find food and needed stuff. My room is big enough for solo traveller, not too cramp. There is a big table for me to do my work which is good. The only downside is the hotel don't provide free water, will need to get bottled water from supermarket or drink the tap. Other than this, the rest is satisfactory. The cleaner will make the room everyday which is good.

Good breakfast, walking distance to the train station, must see the Belvedere museum, clean facilities and good service!

Excellent hotel. Well worth it. I’ll definitely be back to stay here.

Thank you very much, we were very pleased. Number one for transportation and shopping...thanks to all the staff...thanks Trip...There was no refrigerator in the room...but it's okay...it was nice.. :)

The hotel must have been remodeled and it smelled a bit like paint. The cleaning condition was just okay. But it was nice that the station was close.

Very close to Vienna Main Station and convenient for travel

The house is not small. It is only ten minutes' walk from the train station. The room is very simple and the breakfast is perfunctory. Because I have a flight the next day, I will just stay there. If you care about details, you can choose other hotels.

The hotel is close to Vienna Central Railway Station and subway station, with convenient transportation. Surprisingly, the hotel is very elegant and the rooms are big, bright and clean. The staff's service attitude is good. I will stay at this hotel next time I come.

老實講，這個酒店是遠遠低於我的預期。首先，攜程標註是三星，但是實際房間設施各方面一星的標準都有點差強人意，就連洗個澡水都往外冒得到處都是，因為就用窗簾隔着。而且，洗手間一開燈就是排氣扇的噪音。位置咱也不懂別人怎麼能説離維也納火車總站近，至少是一公里的距離！最主要是谷歌地圖的評分也很高，真的很迷，因為房間連免費的水都沒有！也就是前台態度還不錯，含早的早餐選擇也很有限！信我的，這個評分水分含量太高了！
