"We stayed two nights at this bed and breakfast. It felt very homey, and relaxing. The place is well maintained and beautiful. The breakfast provided was excellent. The owners go the extra mile to ensure that guests' needs are met and attended to. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Vicuña is a picturesque town located 40 miles west of La Serena in the Elqui Valley. The amazing blue sky, dry air, and surrounding mountains provide a uniquely peaceful, restful, and unforgettable experience. From Vicuña one can drive along the Elqui valley visiting dozens of quaint towns. We definitely want to go back for a longer stay."

"I stayed at this "hotel" for a week at the beginning of December. It really wasn't what I expected to be honest. The owner Daniela was kind enough to actually reimburse me for part of the stay. Otherwise, for the price, it's really not worth what it is. I later looked at the other negative comments that I hadn't seen before and most of the time, unfortunately, I completely agree with what they say. "Our standard double room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the bed, slept brilliantly. WiFi worked well everywhere. Shower decent. There are facilities around the grounds to fill up water bottles with filtered drinking water. We really enjoyed using the jacuzzi (additional fee) and relaxing on the terrace - although very little shade up there. We wanted to use the pool but there were too many bugs and leaves floating around. Breakfast - was surprised by the limited selection considering the size and standard of the hotel. The hotel is in a good location, and has use of a secure car park about 50 metres up the road. We’d happily stay again and would recommend."
