Very bad experience,not service,not condition,no water,no answer,no reply, nothing 😫 very very bad👎👎👎

They charged me in cash additional €11 that were not told by trip.com to me. I got their receipt if trip.com would like to return to me!! Besides they did not clean or fix the room. And they have no amenities like a living room or lounge or game or tv room... The hotel is accessible by local transport and have restaurants, banks and nearby amenities. Rooms are good but main problem is bathrooms. The floor is tapered towards the room and water overflows during a bath. When I complained about it, the staff talked rudely and passed some racist remarks. They told me that I was supposed to clear the mess. Also hotel is nearby airport if traveled by taxi but I almost missed my morning flight while waiting gor public transport. I traveled many European cities during my trip but staying at this hotel was my worst decision 😫

Old hotel, should be renovated. Quality/Price more than good. Breakfast not tried. Helpful staff.

Very clean hotel with good connections to Venice and the airport. However, the soundproofing in the room is non-existent and you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the other rooms, from snoring to chatter often late at night. The mattress was very uncomfortable and we had two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed as planned when booking. The photos were not contractual.

It's OK for this price. Make do with it and save money

A completely normal hotel, nice team, friendly team, very nice and attentive, central area, especially right outside the door, a tram 10 minutes from Venice, downstairs there is a bar where you can have a nice breakfast, maybe a coffee and then have a drink in the evening, really good atmosphere.

Good location, the only thing is that the rooms and bathroom are a little cold
