Real hidden gem! So glad we booked this amazing hotel in a quiet street nearby the railway station! The location is very convenient. The room is ok in size and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast… ahh… super, we will miss it! Hope to come back again soon!

The room they gave me was nothing like the photos I saw on Trip.com. There are 9 pictures available for the room type I purchased and but I got a room that is completely different. I went to the front desk and asked if there are any rooms that look like those 9 pictures available but I was told they are full house and only have the bright red. If all your rooms are in bright red then I suggest to just include the bright red room in the profile for transparency. Staff was nice though but I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff help me to carry my luggage to my room, since there is no lift. It’s a very sweet service. The room is clean, staff is nice, and the location is awesome!!

The Classic Hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, which makes it very accessible. The breakfast buffet is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious and fresh options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Excellent location & superb breakfast

Very convenient location, just 3 mins walk away from the Venice St Lucia station. The hotel staff was very friendly, despite having no life, they offered to carry our luggages up into the hotel room. The quadruple room was very spacious with duplex and clean. Overall very pleasant experience and would recommend!

Very close to the station

It is only a few minutes away from the train station, and there is no need to cross the bridge. The location is very friendly for people with suitcases. The hotel staff is very good, and check-in and check-out are very smooth. Luggage storage is also very convenient. The hotel has a long history and the overall space is relatively large. The space in the house is completely enough for three people and their large suitcases. The hotel lounge is very spacious and the sofas are very comfortable. We spent most of the day in the hotel lounge when it rained in Venice. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I will choose this hotel again next time.

Highly recommended, I think this hotel should not have only three stars! All the staff, especially the front desk, are very enthusiastic, and the location is excellent. Because it is close to the train station, it is even more lively than St. Mark's Square. A hotel opened in 1879, formerly a monastery, the decoration reveals the atmosphere of history everywhere, which meets all my fantasies of European historical buildings. The room is also very clean and has a fresh smell, unlike the old hotels in Shanghai that have a musty smell. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety, and the hot chocolate and coffee are super delicious. You may have to drag your luggage a long way to other hotels, or take a 10 euro boat ticket to get there, but this hotel only takes a few minutes to walk after getting off the bus. If you come to Venice, please don't miss it.

Very nice hotel within walking distance from Santa Lucia railway station. Wonderful, very friendly staff, delicious breakfasts with great coffee and pastries. Cozy room and bed with quality mattress and snow-white linen. We will be happy to come back here again, very good hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights, but they didn't change the towels at all. They didn't even help me carry my luggage when I checked out, even though I asked them to do so the day before. As it was a former monastery, there were a lot of mysterious staircases and it was very difficult to move around the hotel in a suitcase.

It's close to the station and has good transport links, but there aren't many good points: the rooms are small, there are poor amenities, the air conditioning is difficult to use, and the rooms are not very clean. There's no water or coffee. And for nearly 30,000 yen a night, this is not very satisfying. The breakfast was okay, but I wouldn't choose this hotel again, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.

The room was clean and the service staff was satisfactory. The location is excellent. Turn left from the Saint Lucia train station and walk about 100 meters into the alley. Compared with tourists who struggle to move around the island with suitcases, the feeling of happiness is overwhelming. Of course, the room facilities are very simple, there is no kettle, no facial tissue.
