"My motorcycle trip reservations got off to a bad start! My experience with this hotel was rather disappointing! I made a reservation through a travel agency on May 8th around 5 PM, mistakenly booking a night from May 9th to 10th, when I actually wanted to book from June 9th to 10th. The same day, May 8th, around 6:30 PM, I contacted the agency to request a date change from the hotel, which they did immediately. The hotel replied on the morning of the 9th, and despite several email exchanges that day, the response remained the same: they did not change the reservation. I know it's my fault, but I expected more flexibility from this hotel… That's life… See you soon!"

"We planned on staying 2 nights but didn't stay even for 1 night. Room was tiny, fridge still dirty with olives from previous client in fridge. ice box iced up. Big stain on ceiling, door to room paint flaking off, bathroom shower floor tiles broken and looked dirty. Poolside rough stones and grass surrounding pool mostly soil. No cushion for wooden sunbed so very hard.very noisy due to construction site next door. First time I have ever left a hotel as felt it was not clean. "

"Great location at the heart of this medieval small town. So many choices of boutique restaurants nearby. As a solo traveller from Asia, I enjoyed a wonderful dinner, and because of its serene surrounding, I over spent willingly to indulge myself in an evening of fine dinning. Vitorie is a small boutique hotel, so don't set too high an expectation. Its superb location is worth what you are paying for it...."

"We booked this hotel very late as our easyjet flight had been cancelled and it was a delight, what a lovely hotel and family, yes its dated but its clean and staff are great the restaurant is exceptional, breakfast is typically pastries, breads, yoghurt, coffee/tea, juices. We ended up staying 2 nights until we could get a flight. I would definitely recommend this hotel its an ideal location for sightseeing with plenty of bus routes just outside. I will love to return in the future if im in the area."
