Sure Hotel by Best Western Esplanade

The service is very satisfactory, the breakfast is good, and the small croissants are the best. The hotel should be located in the center of Vasteras, very close to the conference center to be visited. I went in December because it is almost Christmas and the night scenery is Very beautiful
Scandic Västerås

We where in Sweden and different countries traveling with my Family. 5 countries, different cities and several hotels. However, in Scandic Vasteras I meet the most horrible and rude personnel. This elderly lady with black framed glasses was very rude, not only to me, but what is worst to my son. She was very disrespectful with her comments, I really don't understand, if a person hates interaction with people why work in hospitality. I think she might prefer to be in other position, where she does not have to interact with clients. In all my life, and I have travel around the world for business and for pleasure, I have never come across with this kind of person working in the reception of a Hotel. Please, improve this and provide better training to your staff. They absolutely needed desperately.
Best Western Plus Hotel Plaza

The hotel is centrally located so you can walk the city. The Skybar is wonderful. Breakfast is good too. The personnel is polite. But .... - The doors slam way too hard so that the whole room shakes. I didn't sleep well as my neighbors were coming in and out till late at night and each time their door closed, my bed shook waking me up. Kids running and shouting in the corridor make things worse. What about some signs with ”Keep silence” ... ”close the door gently”? - I booked a more expensive room expecting to get a room higher up in the building where the new part is but got one in the lower part so I missed the nice views. - I'm a bit allergic and having carpets by default didn't help. - First time I get a room in a 4* hotel without a fridge, slippers, bathrobe,... - The TV screen is not properly configured. Movie subtitles were broken outside the frame. Changing the screen fitting helped for a few minutes only. The TV set kept going back to some standard configuration with broken subtitles. - It took me 15' to figure out how to take a warm shower. Tricky way to turn warm water. No instructions. There are hotels that one considers coming back maybe some day - not this one.
Hotell Västerås

The hotel location is very good, just in the center of the small town of Vasteras, opposite the shopping mall, so the hotel rooms are small, and also close to the university and eating places. There are no toothbrushes and slippers in the room, as if they are in Europe. Some of them are available for him, but it is better to keep them by yourself.
Comfort Hotel Västerås

The closest to the station, the room was clean, the bed was soft, and the breakfast was rich. The young lady at the front desk during the day is also pretty. There is a gym on the first floor and a laundry on the E floor. However, there are no toiletries in the bathroom, only towels are used for blowing hair. In short it is perfect.

I chose this hotel for my last night of stay before leaving Sapporo. I wanted to have a nice wrap up hotel stay for convenient final shopping plan and will give us good level accommodation in Sapporo. After stayed, we think we made the right choice, would be nice if I could have one more night here. This hotel is located right in the best central area with city vibes and energy. Lots of shopping and food options. It is inside Cocono Susukino, between 7th to the 18th floor, while the B2 to 6th floor are varieties of shops from fashions, lifestyle stores to international food options including fast food take out style to sit down restaurants, supermarket, and even cinema. You can spend time in the building, plus right outside, it is walking distance to the busiest Tanukikoji shopping street and central Susukino. I booked premium deluxe king which allows us to access to club lounge, rooftop terrace and spa with public bath and sauna for the 16-17th floor guest only. We have great glass window view of the city. Love the spacious studio room in hip, stylish deco with a whole library of vinyl disc for playing, a big walk in closet and coffee/tea counter top and living room area. Enjoyed our time in the room, lounge and public bath a lot. The quiet, clean and relaxing mood in the accommodation versus the fun shopping and dining experience, what a nice contrast!
