It is a very nice hotel, quiet and peaceful! The staff is very attentive and makes you feel like at home. Our room had access to the shared balcony which gives views to the pool and mountain. It was really magical to be by the pool at sunrise and sunset and witness the hot air balloons with the mountains in the background. The pool is accessible 24h. The hotel is renting scooter, which is convenient.

Went there last July 6-8, 2024. Nice pool, excellent view of the mountains and the hot air balloons. Very helpful and accommodating staff.

Booked 3 days but since the airport is 2 hour away from this place and need to make early check-out. Talked to the property and told early check out also trip.com. Never got a refund for 1 day. Pool and views are nice. Hotel rooms are not so clean, a lot of insects ants on the bed which is common in Laos. But bedsheet and ants are kind itchy hard to sleep. Be aware of renting scooter there, take a photo before rent! After return they ask extra money for scratches and dents which have been already on there!

It’s a nice hotel with some nice views for the mountains, it’s very lay back what can also be a bad thing since the staff is very nice but doesn’t put much effort on to understand what you need. Clean and nice pool too.

It's quite far from the town to get to this store. I shouted for more than 10 minutes before someone came out. I really don't recommend it.

Too remote, no hotel, too old supplies, music playing all night

I went there after seeing a blog post about early morning check-in, but there was no one there and I didn't see any bells or anything like that. I took a nap in the lobby until morning. Even though it was breakfast time, I didn't see a single employee. I was checking in front of the desk to see if there was anything, and found a business card! When I called with my business card, an employee who was sleeping somewhere in the hotel came out and checked me in. There were a lot of bugs and it was truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Breakfast is also the worst. Compared to other places, the price is still a little bit higher, but if I had known this would be the case, I think it would have been better to book a cheaper place... It was the worst accommodation I had paid for and couldn't sleep, wash, or eat a proper breakfast.

It is far away from the downtown area, a 35-minute walk, and is suitable for those who like quiet. The scenery at the door is good, facing the mountains. I just felt that the bedding was not clean. When I opened it, a snail lay on the pillow.

The hardware is okay, but it is neglected and lazy to operate.
