Average. It wasn't bad, but for what we paid, the cleanliness of the facilities left something to be desired. We chose this hotel because they were advertising the pool, but when we arrived, it wasn't open for the season. Had we known, we would have chosen a hotel closer to the city center. Without a doubt, the best thing was the breakfast.

It was impossible to contact the hotel by phone to inquire about luggage storage prior to my arrival, and this caused inconvenience because when they didn't answer, I had to carry my suitcase with me for several hours. There was also no response via chat. If it had been urgent or I couldn't bring it with me, I would have had more trouble. I booked an exterior room, but they gave me an interior one first. I requested a change, and they did so without any problem, but this was something I had already mentioned in my reservation. Regarding the room, the sliding bathroom door was difficult to close, and the curtains were quite worn. I was surprised to find no toiletries in the bathroom (although it said they could be requested at reception, but I would have liked to have them there without having to disturb anyone), nor did I find complimentary water or coffee in the room for a 4-star hotel. Overall, I was comfortable, but I think they could improve these services for a 4-star hotel and given its price. The pool was very small, with few sun loungers and limited space. If there were too many people, it was difficult to stay comfortable. Also, due to its orientation, it provided shade throughout the afternoon, so I couldn't sunbathe.

The hotel I stayed at on a business trip has a good location. However, don't expect too much from European hotels. You have to control your budget when you are on a business trip. It's just average. The cost is not cheap either~

The worst hotel I stayed in during this trip. The entire hotel facilities are very old... The elevator door often cannot be opened halfway... The location is very close to the City of Arts and Sciences, and there are no other advantages. The most outrageous thing is that when I came back from playing, I found a bottle of opened water on the table... (Fortunately, I changed the room after communication)

Centrally located hotel in Valencia, with excellent breakfast and facilities, and centrally located for getting around, even on foot.

I would like to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Valencia.

For me personally, it's just average, there are no outstanding highlights and no complaints
