Really enjoyed my stay. The room was really clean. Good value for money.

Kyraid marvelous hotel shantou railway station is a great hotel choice for travellers to Shantou. Despite being a distance away from the city centre, it isn’t excessively far from it. It takes about 20 minutes of taxi ride to the city centre. Taxi are also easy to flag. Hotel breakfast is great and highly recommended. You should purchase breakfast for your stay here. Otherwise, you may also pay $68 rmb per pax for breakfast on site, but I’ll recommend it being included. Breakfast spread includes dim sum, noodles, bread, cakes and even dishes like vegetables, fries and meat! And other items like eggs and salad and porridge! Porridge is delicious by most standards!

We were upgraded from our Premier Queen Room to a suite. The room is HUGE with very spacious bathroom. Clean and very comfy. Its location is a bit off from the old town area, but still only a few kms or 15 min away by car. Still very convenient. Staff are all very courteous. The only negative is the hotel breakfast. It is in buffet style and does offer both western and chinese food. Not very delicious though. They do not replenish their breakfast items very frequently. At one time, even butter is not available. All in all, a very comfortable stay at Kyriad Marvellous Hotel. I would not have any reservation recommending this hotel to other friends.

Room is clean and quiet. Staff are courteous and helpful. Check in and out are smooth and quick. conveniently located. Lots of eating places within a short walking distance. Would recommend

The service is very good and the room is spacious and clean.

A very conveniently located hotel, with restaurants, shops and bars nearby. Similar style to Ibis, very clean and stylish, good size room and bathroom, with daily complimentary coffee, tea, milk and water. I received free breakfast which was a bonus! Pretty basic with the standard boiled and fried eggs, bread, a little fruit and some Chinese options. Lovely customer service, friendly but not really bilingual. Excellent overall!

Nice experience

This hotel experience is amazing! The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and comfortable, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly. The breakfast has a rich variety, and both Chinese and Western meals are exquisite. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and the subway station and business district are within walking distance. The rooftop observation deck offers charming night views and a fully equipped gym. The price-performance ratio is very high, and the details reflect the attentiveness everywhere. I will come again next time! Highly recommended to friends traveling for business and family!

Avoid lightning! ! ! This is my first time staying in a Jinjiang hotel. I heard that Kaili in Shenzhen is good, so I gave it a try. The result is so bad. It's outrageous. The service is not good. The lady in the restaurant is nice, but the service at the front desk is nothing. Avoid this hotel and don't contact me. Facilities: OK. The room is quite large. Hygiene: Not good. I can only say I will not stay here again. You can see the pictures below. The bed sheets look like they have not been changed. Environment: OK. The problem of why the USB port flashes red was not solved. Two girls checked in late at night. After 40 minutes, the front desk said that they would ask the engineering to come up. It was outrageous. It was scary and I dare not come again. Service: The front desk service is quite average. It is outrageous that the requests and questions are not responded to immediately. The most outrageous thing is the following video. The USB port keeps flashing red. I've heard of pinhole cameras before. I was so scared that I couldn't sleep all night. It's really outrageous. I changed hotels right after breakfast in the morning.

The front desk service attitude is poor, the air conditioner in the room makes strange noises, and the tools in the room are almost non-existent. More importantly, I can't get a ticket. I called the front desk to inquire about the ticket information, but I couldn't get through. I got through once, but they hung up directly!

The room environment is very beautiful, the transportation is very convenient, there is a shopping mall in 5 minutes' walk

The hotel is in a great location, with a shopping mall next to it, close to Zhujiang Road Food Street, Mixc, and Longyan South Road Food Street. The hotel is on a branch road with little traffic and is very quiet. It is very convenient to take public transportation and share electric vehicles nearby. The parking lot is large and convenient. The key is that the environment and service are very good. I will stay in this hotel regularly when I go to Shantou in the future!

The front desk service is very good, the room is spacious and clean, there is no peculiar smell, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the room is well soundproofed, and it is very quiet to sleep. The breakfast style is quite rich.
