"We had been stolen two headphones during the luggage storage offered by the hotel. We have strong safety concerns as the hotel owner confirmed that the luggage had been left alone with other guests but they won't take the responsibility for that. Additionally, the situation for entering the hotel is terrible as there is no doorbell and the lights were not working during the night. As the hotel owner isn't responding anymore neither to us nor to our booking platform we can't recommend to stay at this hostal."

"We expected not very much from the general description of this hotel, but the reality exceeded our expectations quite a lot. First, it's a walkable distance from the city center (around 15 minutes by foot) and it is very good located with the perfect view on the sunset and its own access to the river.
