The hotel is located relatively close to the railway station, which is rather convenient. Sadly the station itself is quite far away from the city center and the main attractions, but taxis are inexpensive. It seems that they are still building a metro towards the station. You can also take a bus, which is cheaper, but might cost you a lot of time. The staff at the hotel have been very kind to accommodate me with all of my questions, also giving me tips for places to visit in and around Urumqi. When I was about to miss my night train, they were so incredibly kind to take my luggage that I left with them to the train station by themselves, where they waited for me to arrive by taxi, ensuring that I barely made my train on time, which I otherwise would not be able to do. That's incredibly kind of them!

A great stay and located in a convenient area. It is I guess located in a new area of Urumqi as it is quite far from the city center but it is okay. The hostel is really nice and comfortable and the owner is very nice. She also recommended a tour guide which helped us go around Urumqi. The room we reserved has a view of Tianshan snowy mountains.

15-20 minutes walk to Urumqi High Speed railway station. Recommend to pay a little bit more (40rmb in my case) and get the room with a big red bathtub and Japanese style bed (quite comfortable) because it's bigger and overall nicer than the standard room. There was a cigarette smell in standard room as well. All facilities was working but seems to be a little bit old. A lot of convenience shops and restaurants around. Overall a decent place to stay for a couple of nights.

Hotel was good with a lot of positives. Only negative which I found towel was not clean . There was one red spot there which I don’t know what was that. Hotel is on 25th floor in a commercial building I guess , which I somehow not that easy to locate specially for foreigners.

I stayed in Xinjiang for seven days. There was no problem at all in the first six days, and it was even very good. But on the last day, I wanted to go home and stay in a hotel closer to the train station, and then I stepped on the pit 1. I arrived at the hotel at around 12 o'clock in the morning on June 10, 2025. At this time, I was very sleepy and very tired. I washed and prepared to blow my hair as usual 2. The hair dryer exploded directly in my hand as soon as it was plugged in, causing the power to be cut off in my room and the next room, which scared me. 3. I took the hair dryer to the front desk to tell this matter. At first, I just wanted the front desk to fix the switch and get a new hair dryer, and did not ask for compensation or change rooms! 4. I couldn't find the switch of the switch. It was already 1:30 in the morning. The front desk said that you guys should go to bed first and do it tomorrow, but the mobile phone power bank needs to be charged! I asked to change the room 5. I said change the room, the front desk asked where to find a room at this time of night? Is this the attitude of the hotel when there is a problem? Normally, you need to refund one and compensate three, and this is still no one was electrocuted, if someone died, can you be held responsible? 6. I said I must change my room, but the boss still refused to change it. I said if you don’t change it, I will call the police. The boss said, young man, what do you want to do? (threatening tone) I said I am a soldier, you can’t threaten me! I know everything about the law, and I also have audio and video evidence! The boss said he was also a veteran, what does this have to do with me, is this his quality? I said I want to change the room! The boss said he would fix it for me, but it was already past 2 a.m. and I was very sleepy, so I said I had to call the police and report his safety issues to 119 because I had to catch a flight the next day✈️ 7. Under my tough attitude, we were changed to a triple room (extremely reluctantly) and said that you can only sleep in one bed and the other two beds cannot be slept in. I really didn't have time to pay attention to him, so I packed up and went to another room. I didn't have any claims throughout the whole process! I wanted to claim at the time, but I was too sleepy and just wanted to go to bed quickly. After this incident, I will submit video, recording and other evidence to Xinjiang Culture and Tourism, Xinjiang Fire, Consumer Rights and Other Departments! I just hope that the hotel can make rectifications! Let more people live with peace of mind without the risk of being blown up by the hair dryer!

Everything is average, the type of apartment building with many hotels inside, everything else is ok, but this room is next to the elevator's electrical box, as soon as the elevator moves, the whole room is filled with ong ong sounds, from day to night. I thought it was close to the train station and I could just walk over, but there was actually a gravel road and I had to carry the boxes, and takeout was also very inconvenient, I placed an order at 8am, but the first order was cancelled at 9am because they said no one was there to pick it up, and the second order was also 20 minutes late, so I didn't get breakfast until 10am, which I never experienced when I lived in the city
