This is easily one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Xinjiang this trip, especially concerning the service. From the moment I landed, the pick-up driver was proactive, helping with my luggage, and the front desk staff quickly processed check-in, even offering a thoughtful room upgrade. My initial impression was absolutely fantastic. The room itself was incredibly spacious with beautiful wooden floors. The quality of the bedding and bathrobes was surprisingly luxurious. Plus, the bathroom boasted a smart toilet and a Dyson hairdryer – attention to detail was truly impeccable. The breakfast was also quite good, definitely recommend it!

I stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions during my Xinjiang trips, for a total of 4 nights across 3 different rooms, and I was thoroughly satisfied. 1. The complimentary airport and high-speed train station transfer service was excellent. A quick call to the front desk was all it took. The service was punctual, and the driver was incredibly thoughtful and provided attentive service. 👍 2. All the rooms I stayed in – king, twin, and family rooms – were great: spacious and impeccably clean. 3. The thoughtful service extended to amenities like lighters and luggage scales being provided. Luggage storage was also available. 4. Both the front desk staff and housekeeping team were very friendly and welcoming. 5. The hotel's location is super convenient, with Xinjiang restaurants, Huaiyang cuisine, supermarkets, and more, all nearby. Highly recommended! A definite five-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a great experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff was efficient and quick, and the room was spotless. All hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, immediately helping with my luggage upon arrival. I highly recommend this hotel.

I picked this hotel because of its airport shuttle service and convenient proximity to the airport. Upon checking in, we were delighted to find the room very spacious and the bedding incredibly comfortable. The 2-meter king-size bed was hands down the most comfortable we've slept on during our entire 10+ day trip in Xinjiang. It's a shame we only stayed for one night! We'd definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and ordering food delivery is super convenient. We especially loved the white fungus soup from Sanzhou Mipu; I really regretted not getting two servings!

The Most Disappointing Hotel of My 10-Day Xinjiang Trip Pros: It's close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. (However, I found the shuttle times very rigid and couldn't really make use of it to suit my schedule.) The service attitude was mediocre, cleanliness was just okay, and the bedding was especially subpar. The price was similar to hotels offering premium 'zero-pressure' mattresses, which felt disproportionate for the quality provided here. And don't even get me started on the washing machine... it was utterly disgusting. When I went to do my laundry, I encountered a cleaning lady (from the breakfast area) and asked her to help me find a cloth to wipe it down, but she completely brushed me off. Honestly, I'm too exhausted to complain further. Just steer clear of this place.

Ming'ang Hotel is my go-to choice, having stayed here on both my trips to Xinjiang. **Facilities:** Spotlessly clean and well-maintained. **Location:** Very convenient. Plus, with a police station right at the entrance, it feels incredibly safe. **Service:** Every single staff member was incredibly warm and welcoming. The front desk ladies were great, and even the drivers, though seemingly reserved, were very proactive in helping with luggage. The breakfast chef would loudly remind guests not to waste food, but then, even after breakfast hours, he'd worry people hadn't eaten enough and would keep cooking noodles and cutting watermelon for them! Truly, everyone was so hospitable. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Excellent! The room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean; my child even started doing homework at the desk as soon as we arrived. It's very close to the airport, and the city center is also easily accessible, roughly 20-odd minutes away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeting us warmly. Initially, one room had a strong smoky smell, but we spoke to the front desk, and they promptly arranged a room change for us. There are various restaurants nearby, including a Chongqing hotpot restaurant. Transportation links are excellent.

This is my second stay here. I've stayed in many hotels near the airport, and this one offers the best value for money, so it was an easy decision to book again this time! The rooms are spacious and bright, the staff are warm and attentive, and the airport shuttle service is very convenient. I'll definitely be back!

It's rare for me to give a full five-star review, but this place truly earned it. First and foremost, a big shout-out to the front desk lady and the security guard on the evening of July 23rd. They noticed us unloading our luggage and immediately came over to assist us. Their service was incredibly friendly and delivered with a genuine smile. Such warmth and helpfulness are quite rare to find in Xinjiang, and it truly made us feel welcome. Thumbs up!

The hotel is located on the edge of a residential area, with many small local restaurants nearby. Our room overlooked the residential complex, so it was very quiet. The hotel provides an airport shuttle service; the vehicle was spacious and comfortable, and the driver was very reliable. The room was clean, though a mini-fridge would have been a welcome addition. Also, the water pressure from the handheld showerhead was a bit weak.

Needing to catch an early flight, I spent a considerable amount of time on Ctrip before settling on the Ming'ang Hotel. We had already been in Xinjiang for 10 days, and the two hotels we'd stayed at previously had frankly left us with a negative impression. However, from the moment we arrived at Ming'ang Hotel, the staff's genuine warmth made us feel incredibly welcome. Our room was a delightful surprise – spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, it really brightened our spirits. The next morning, we even received a thoughtful wake-up call from the staff. This hotel truly brought our Xinjiang journey to a perfect close.

Highly recommend this hotel! It's conveniently located near the airport and offers a complimentary 24-hour shuttle service, which was a huge plus. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms felt brand new and tastefully decorated. A nice touch was having streaming service subscriptions available on the TV. Although we booked a twin room, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a family room, and the beds were huge and super comfortable!

Good vibes hotel. Clean and big room. Big screen tv. Beautiful decoeated room and bathroom. Bedsheet as white as snow. Cannot expect more. Free pick up from airport. Good good good
