"Lovely hotel welcoming with complimentary drinks 24hrs. Next to Lawson conveni stall and provide free shuttle bus to/fro Disneyland/sea. 10mins walk to bigger suppermarkets and eateries. Room space is better compared to normal Japan hotel room size considering 2 double bed although we have only 2 person. Am happy with the 3nighrs stay given above and washing machine reasonable charge at 300jpy and dryer at 100jpy. Can be improve to have luaggage weighing machine. They're kind to received items on behalf abd provide courier service at front counter from what I know. Lastly, it's convient 3muns walk to take airport limo bus from next door Hyatt Hotel. Thank you!"

Returning to the hotel quickly to rest and recover from a tiring day is also a huge plus. 🛒 Amenities: Full marks for convenience There are two Lawson convenience stores right downstairs, which is definitely a bonus for travelers! You can grab breakfast like rice balls, sandwiches, and hot drinks, perfect if you're in a hurry. Before heading to the park, you can stock up on Disneyland essentials like water, snacks, and raincoats. Coming back from the park at night, you can also pick up late-night snacks and daily necessities. Shopping and restocking are super convenient, no need to go out of your way at all. Overall, the stay was fantastic! The double convenience of transportation and amenities made the Disneyland trip much more relaxed. Highly recommended!"

"The Mountain View Garden Hotel is conveniently located near Disney. Although it's a bit of a distance from the park, the shuttle service is very convenient, so getting to and from the park is no hassle. There's a convenience store downstairs, which makes buying necessities incredibly easy. There's also a restaurant with very reasonable prices, much cheaper than inside Disney, making dining a great value. Overall, it's clean and tidy, and the service is good. I had a comfortable stay and give it a positive review."

"Staying here was a pleasant experience especially since my daughter loves dinosaur. We had some issues checking in but the guy showed up from the back and helped us. The free shuttle to/from maihama station was good but would be better if they operate more trips"

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The shuttle bus from Haneda Airport directly to the hotel entrance is super convenient. To get to Disneyland, you just take the free Disney shuttle from the first floor, and then hop on the Disney Resort Line monorail. This time, we could even see fireworks from our room at night!"

"It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there."

"Travelled to Japan for a 2 week getaway. Decided to treat myself to a better hotel. Turns out it was the best choice made on the trip. When I was checking in I was told I got a free upgrade, from the double room I booked (3-4th floor) I ended up on the 11th floor (top floor), although a simple upgrade it definitely enhanced the experience. Stayed for 7 nights and it felt amazing returning to a safe, clean and ultra comfortable room every night. Was able to see fuji-san from the balcony, what a treat! If any is considering upgrading their trip by booking a slightly more expensive room, please choose this one! Highly recommended!"

"If you’re looking for a convenient location near Disneyland, and you’re coming from elsewhere, this location is great. However, if you’re looking for and hoping for a new place, this isn’t that sort of hotel. It’s rather old and not really refreshed. Also, if you don’t speak a word of Japanese, you might struggle as the reception staff I had didn’t speak English. However, we were fine as I had basic conversational Japanese."

"The staff were friendly, the bedding was clean, and the location was superb. I was satisfied with everything. I could access Saizeriya and NewDays convenience store directly through a connecting door from the hotel, which was super convenient, especially for using NewDays in the early morning. It's a really comfortable and great place."

"Great place if you are going to Disneyland. Service was great and room was very clean. We checked out and stored our luggage with the hotel before going to Disneyland and returned to a room with luggage already in our new room! They even joined the beds together like how we had the previous room without me asking (nice touch💕) Location would be fine if I didn’t have to travel with young kids who don’t really like walking as we really like the relax ambience."
