"If you go to Rouen, PLEASE book this hotel. 20 minutes walk to all the major attractions. 30 minutes walk to the paranomic view of the city, and there is a supermarket, afghan market, alot of bars & restaurants near this hotel. 100% recommended, thank you! "This is a beautiful hotel, the name is worth it. Very beautiful location, located in the centre of the old Rouen. Beautiful entrance, great and friendly reception. There is also a possibility of underground parking with a car lift, but we have not made use of this. There is a pay-per-view parking Indigo Pucelle very close, which hasn't cost us 20 euros for 24 hours. Breakfast was very good. Adviser."

"The hotel is nicely located, few steps away from the main attractions, hotel has its own parking which is convenient, however the number of places is limited. There are water refill stations on every floor, which is very handy. The breakfast has good variety of products. The swimming pool is on a smaller side and the water is quite cold to our preferences, so it’s mainly for “soaking in cold water” rather then swimming:) the family room for 4 is spacious, beds are comfortable, window sound proofing is not the best."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel: freshly renovated rooms, comfortable bed, tea station. 24-hour reception, friendly and helpful staff. The historical center is about 10 minutes walk away. The only small minus is the entrance to the hotel under the overpass, as well as the view of it from the window. The noise from the cars is almost inaudible - the windows are well insulated."

"New Hotel. The Spa area is so small that you actually need to book it well in advance if you are planning to use it.. As most likely the slot which you would like is already taken. It's charged per hour... Overnight parking is €19. Very irritating is the shower in the bathroom as the water goes between too hot and too cold on its own pattern and you can't control it.. Typical for the buildings with the plumbing issues, or the water pressure.."
