The setting is truly beautiful – peaceful, spacious, and very comfortable, making it an ideal spot to start the day. The breakfast buffet is not overly large, but well-curated with a good variety of quality items. Everything we tried was fresh and tasty. A highlight is the live cooking station where egg dishes are freshly prepared to order. However, the wait at the egg station was surprisingly long. Guests are required to queue up and wait quite a while, which can be inconvenient, especially during peak times. Overall, it’s a lovely experience in a stunning location – just be prepared to bring a little patience if you're hoping for scrambled eggs."

"I travel a lot, but I've never experienced anything like this before: We were woken up several times in the middle of the night by extremely loud false alarms. My 7-month-old son screamed in panic, and our dog was completely distraught. No staff member was available, no help – I had to remove the smoke detector myself. After that, there was no protection whatsoever in an emergency. The fact that the hotel neither acknowledged this incident nor offered compensation is, in my opinion, simply irresponsible. Safety and service should be top priorities – neither was present here. We certainly won't be coming back."

"Actually a nice enough hotel, but we were two friends on a trip and booked a family room so we each had a bed, BUT who and I have to ask again who thought it was ok that there is no door to the toilet, even a family would like to be allowed to close a door if you have to go to the toilet. We had to send the other one out of the room when we had to do number 2, and it is quite ugly. I simply do not understand the idea behind that design. In my world, only children care if there is a door"

"What a pleasure to find this lovely hotel on our recent visit to Ulm. We were there visiting our son who is studying at the university and had no idea what to expect. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was good sized and had everything we needed. The bathroom was modern, clean, and quite large. The included morning latte and croissant was delicious, as was the rest of the restaurant's menu. The location was perfect, being centrally situated but in the back corner of the Minster plaza. We will definitely stay here again on our next Ulm visit."
