"Beautiful hotel that looks new. Location is at the end of a string of businesses, with empty space on the side and in back. Front desk staff were very good. The only thing was breakfast went until 9:30, but at 9:15 they were out of eggs, cinnamon rolls, and orange juice (at least). They eventually brought out some more eggs. Apple juice tasted like it was going bad. So if they get their breakfast service up to snuff, this will be a real go-to."

"Stayed here for two nights as we had a wedding in Ukiah. I am familiar with this hotel chain and since it was one of the four hotels suggested by the bride and groom, we figured it was a safe bet, and it sure was. It’s not the fanciest hotel but it was remodeled not too long ago, and as modern as it can be. The décor of the hotel is nice, the room was clean, and the area is pretty quiet; parking was easy, safe and free. The other hotel options were just a tad bit better, but this was pretty good and a bang for your buck. The one thing I will say is the walls are super thin. I could hear clear conversations of our neighbors, BUT I turned on the AC so that pretty much phased out the talk. Also, the gym is a no-frills kind of place. One treadmill, one bike and one elliptical. There are no weights of any kind. I didn’t use the pool, which is indoors; it was empty despite the outdoor heat. The front desk was great. On two dif occasions, I asked for band-aids and lotion and they easily supplied both. Check-in was easy, fast and done with a smile. There are some good eats within walking distance and downtown is just an easy few lights away. A simple breakfast is included in our stay and it was perfect bc we had lunch plans, but I needed something after my workout, so I would make myself a granola bowl with fresh yogurt and fresh toppings. Overall, this was a good stay and I would come back here again."

"The location alot of poverty around the outside, no pool and it was advertised that there was one, very disappointed when we checked in and they said there was none especially it being over 100 the days we were there. Refrigerators do not get drinks, food cold. Room service never showed up to clean our room or exchange the towels and take the trash."

"The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the facilities are complete (there is also an iron and a sturdy ironing board) and the quality is reliable. The bathroom is clean and hygienic. It is about a 10-minute walk from the Greyhound bus station. It is an excellent choice to worship the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas."
