"Overall, a positive experience. We really appreciated the excellent location, which allowed us to walk to the center of Udine, the great value for money, the friendly staff, and the cleanliness of the room. A few minor suggestions for improvement:
The towel supply was insufficient. For two people, in addition to the two shower towels and two guest towels (which are needed for intimate hygiene), at least one hand and face towel should be provided.
The shower gel placed on the bidet should be replaced with a specific product, as it's not ideal for intimate hygiene.
Consider replacing the mattresses. They were too soft and sagged excessively, compromising proper body posture."

"When I arrived at the store at 9pm, no one greeted me. It is said that it is a hotel, but it actually only has 4 rooms, and the door has a code lock and looks more like a B&B. I contacted a Ctrip assistant, and after contacting me, I was told that the front desk would be closed at 8:30, but I was not notified in advance and no notice was left. It wasn't until 9:30 that someone called to tell me the unlock code to enter the room.
Good location and complete facilities. The room is spacious. The service is really bad.
Ctrip's assistant is great. If you call me at 3 o'clock at night Beijing time, I will reply immediately until the problem is solved."

"I came here for the Udine far east film festival. The hotel is around 1km from train station and 2km from teatro nurvo. Which is quite easy to get on foot. The hotel have breakfast provided with boiled eggs and fruits and cornflakes corrisant. ..for the price I paid I'm satisfied. I recommend the gelato shop next to hotel and there is a coin laundry conveniently located next to hotel. Generally speaking the hotel staff are nice."
