People here are so helpful! We had an early flight in our last day at 5 and staff prepared us refreshment!

Staff is nice, breakfast is good and location is practical. I enjoyed the view and the comfort of the family suite. Only downside is that while there are 2 restrooms, there is only 1 shower. Still, manageable. Hotel was flexible with check out which was great! Whenever I come back, this will be my place to go.

The location of the hotel is quite good. You can see hot air balloons at 5:00 am on the first day. It's a pleasant surprise. The cave hotel is not so cold. It is very clean and tidy. It is worth experiencing. The location is very quiet and the room is large. The front desk staff is very considerate. They prepared a map and explained the travel route to us in detail. It is worth recommending. Parking at the door of the hotel is also very convenient.

It's family-run. The boss and his family are very nice and smiling. They even gave me a small gift when I left. Less than 1,000 yuan during May Day, much cheaper than hotels in Goreme When Ctrip placed the order, we chose 2 large and 1 small, but the hotel received only 2 large. However, the bed was big enough and we were able to check in smoothly.

This is the best hotel I stayed in during this trip to Türkiye. It's grand, elegant, clean, spacious, and has a good view. How can it be a triple diamond? Five diamonds is the right number! Highly recommended!

The hotel seems to be facing the Pigeon Forge Scenic Area. It is quiet during the day and night, but there are no beautiful lights. Our room was relatively large, and for the first time we felt the smoothness of the bath water, like the hot spring water in the poem. There is no elevator in the hotel, but the sturdy waiter will help with your luggage. Breakfast is relatively simple but tastes good, especially a sugar cube that looks like milk residue, which tastes unexpectedly good, like sweet but not greasy bean curd.

All taxis are metered and the prices are very reasonable. The hotel is quiet, clean and tidy. The toiletries are very good. The boss is also super nice.
