nice hotel and we stayed there 3 nights, good stuff and good atmosphere

Close to the airport and low price for a room with a big bathtub. The food is standard every morning, but delicious, salmon, hamon, prachutto and scented cappuccino

The hotel was a great not faraway from airport . Is good for short transit and short time to stay

Good hotel for business travellers. Nice comfortable rooms. Breakfast has many options. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel with direct connection to Pl Espanya. Would have been nice to have a coffee and tea kettle in the room.

two of the staff a young lady with glasses and two gentleman one elder seemed like a manager was. wet rude , with there dirty looks looking me and also my partner up and down . when arriving i speak english but they didn’t know my partner speak spanish as she’s latino . they was rudely talking quite about us and talking how they could charge us extra charges before we leave . they have pictures of lateral pull down machine ect but the gym is not what is advertised on the pictures. also advertised a pool being so far away from amenities i and 7 days to kill before catching a flight to mexico . the pool was not opened and no access to sunbathe or have a dip as they have not got the legal paper work for . i only booked this hotel for the advertising of pool and gym . being stuck in this hotel gave me a real feeling of claustrophobia . as after a few days of catching taxis both ways soon added up 60 to hundred euro a day before even eating . as i’m travelling in budget i went beyond this . and the dirty looks of the girl with glasses behind the counter daily did not go un noticed . in all was disappointment with no swimming pool to relax and the gym was disappointing . the locals seem to think it’s 2 fast to furious with there on street disco going on till late hours with loud music from the cars . as hotel is based on industrial estate. iv stayed in better 2 and 3 star hotels in thailand . please be clear with you guest about the pool situation and update pictures of the gym as it’s false advertising and misleading to guests . could of booked somewhere else if given the correct information to your advertising

Nice hotel with reasonable price

It's not too far from the airport, but calling a BOLT OR FREENOW taxi is almost 20 euros for the outbound trip and more than 10 euros for the return trip. It is recommended to go with a group of people. The hotel has a restaurant. The area around is an industrial area with few food options. We arrived late on the first day and had dinner at the restaurant. The taste was good, the service staff was very enthusiastic, the breakfast seemed to be 15 euros, but I didn't eat it because I slept late, but overall it was OK~
