"Overall, it is OK. Clean and hygienic. The price is not expensive. There are convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. It is close to the station. There are cars in the direction of Ubuchuan and Yamaguchi Prefecture. But you must be optimistic about the time. The trains are less. If you miss it, you have to wait a long time. Of course, Ubuchuan Station is not far away. About 1.8km there is Go to the car."

"There are many business hotels around Ube Shinkawa Station, so even though it was only a 5-minute walk, it felt a little far from the station. However, there was a convenience store nearby and the hotel was in a quiet location, so it was not an inconvenient place to stay. The ochazuke breakfast was also delicious.
Also, if you are staying multiple nights, the front desk is on the second floor, but you don't need to leave your room card there, and you can take the elevator directly to the first floor, so you can easily access the first floor and your room without having to rush around when meeting someone the next day. If I have the opportunity to come to Ube Shinkawa again, I would like to use this hotel."

It was very beautiful, hot water came out immediately, and heating was effective, so it was a very good hotel!
It takes 20 minutes from the station and 10 minutes to the bus stop.
I was surprised to have a massage chair.
It was good to be able to stay!"

"My mother passed away, and on the day of the wake,
we came from Hiroshima to stay here as a family.
My daughters said it was a nice hotel and loved it. They ate a lot at breakfast and were happy that there was rice and bread available.
I think it was good that we could relax in the hotel amidst our grief. Thank you very much."

If you're just staying overnight, there's no problem at all.
The breakfast bento was delicious, as other site reviews have said!
As a woman, I would have liked some cotton buds and cotton pads as amenities, but at this price it's not a problem at all.
[Note] The supermarket right next door is not open 24 hours, but only opens until midnight.
Please note that there is a convenience store a little distance away."
