這家環境還不錯，服務極差，經理處理問題有很大的問題，我們住了三晚 房費也不便宜，根本沒有體驗到服務，環境再好 服務不到位絕不會在光顧，一盒15塊的碳一塊要賣我15塊，建議來的顧客自己帶水煙，他們還沒有搞明白開酒店民宿宗旨是什麼，難道不是服務嗎，花了大幾千憋了一肚子火，建議商家搞清楚什麼是服務在開民宿服務顧客，要嘛就找個專業經理來管理你的團隊

房間收拾的時候我們看到了，當場換的床單被罩，比較放心
房間夠大，據説是民宿最大，真的很大！還有巨屏投影，看動畫片也很爽！
除了五一假期房價貴了一倍，其他的都挺好的
院裏有游泳池，真的很提分，如果沒帶泳衣游泳圈，也可以現買，價格還可以吧。
就在坎兒井裡麪，住這裏可以免費去坎兒井，合適

剛到酒店的時候前台丹丹小姐姐直接出來接了超級熱情，然後辦理入住的時候講了這邊哪裡好玩哪裡能吃飯，還幫我們打了車，服務超級好，太周到了，然後住酒店還送坎兒井門票，酒店就在景區裏，出門直接滴滴打車就行非常方便，早餐可以送到門口簡直懶人福音，最最重要酒店環境很美很舒服，推薦住這裏

民宿裏的榻榻米的設計真的深的我們的心，床墊支撐力很好，軟硬適中，很好的緩解了我們在旅途中的疲憊。民宿設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到，院子裏還有游泳池，推薦給大家！！早上還有早餐會送到房，服務非常好！價格也很實惠，下次來還會在這裏住！！
