Clean and comfortable hotel. No breakfast, but many restaurants nearby. Access is through a small alley, but overall a good stay.

The first room we had, we immediately saw cockroaches. The second room was clean. We really liked the staff. One woman specifically helped us arrange a taxi to see the attractions around Turpan. She really helped us, which made our stay perfect. The bed and pillows were very comfortable

The showerhead's water output was as shown in the video, but it didn't flush. There was no bottled water in the room, but there was a tap for boiling water. The bedside socket wasn't plugged in tightly, and even placing a hair dryer on it didn't work, and it wouldn't charge.
