Xafira Deluxe Resort&Spa - Ultra All Inclusive Reviews

Just had a one night stay at this hotel and have to say we are very disappointed. It was for my husbands birthday. This was by no means a 5 star hotel. I have stayed in a lot of 5 stars in turkey and this one does not come close. The complex itself is very nice but service is very poor. Not enough staff on each department. No free Wi-Fi in the rooms. And the food was terrible 😞 I only stayed one night and was sick with stomach cramps all night 😞 We actually left early which I never do !! Also the drinks choice was very poor and not good quality at all 🤷♀️ We went to use the gym at 18.00 to be told that it was closed for the evening ? Why? I would not recommend this hotel and would not Go back.

Warning – Stay far away from this “5 star” nightmare! This hotel is a total disaster and shouldn’t even have 2 stars. Upon arrival we were handed two room cards and had to search for the rooms ourselves for 20 minutes in a huge building with no help. Rooms: Disgusting, old, stinking of damp. Nothing worked – neither TV, air conditioning nor telephone. The bathroom was a shock: full of limescale, dirty and worn out beyond recognition. Common areas: The elevators were like something out of a horror movie – old, worn out and with emergency phones hanging loose and not connected. Restaurant: Unhygienic, disgusting and staffed by employees who were on their phones instead of cleaning up. The food was abysmal – 3 days in a row they only served chicken, no variety, no quality. Beach: Small, dirty, and the restaurant there was just as bad as the hotel’s – filthy. Disposable plastic cups everywhere… this is NOT 5 star standard, it is camping level. False marketing: The pictures online are pure lies. We paid for “Ultra All Inclusive” – but there was nothing ultra, nothing luxury, nothing worth coming for. Conclusion: This hotel is a disgrace to tourism. Don’t waste your money, time or mood – there are better hostels than this “luxury” deception.

All the facilities of the hotel are very nice. We had the opportunity to have a 4-day holiday with my family and we liked it very much. The room and all areas are very clean. Our room was cleaned daily. The pool and social areas were nice and clean. The meals were both diverse and delicious. It would have been better if there was more animation during the day, but we still had a very nice holiday. I thank Trip.

Good hotel for both adults and children. A beautiful complex with a large swimming pool, a water park (two zones: kids and +14), a comfortable, spacious restaurant. The rooms are spacious, tired, but everything works and does not fall off. Take shampoo and other accessories with you. The food is good: every day there was fried and steamed fish. Miscellaneous meat. Fruit according to the season. The coffee is good. Animation did not notice, but a great water park entertains. Beach. There is trouble with him: last season sand was brought in and the beach was comfortable. This year the beach was not prepared for the season: extremely uncomfortable pebbles, it is very inconvenient to approach the water.

Fantastic Otel Animation team oscaro super. I coming from Netherland never seen helpfull guys. They working best. Hasan good chef. Also service good I liked everything. Every morning cleaning room. Hava a big pool. Aqua park too big. We will come backk.

really good entertainment from safari and hazal, hotel good , bar food really good, live music performance really good, they try their best to fit everyone in and get them involved with the entertainment, we all feel comfortable with the surroundings

the best time we had here thanks to the team oscaro our kids enjoyed every minute at the mini club and we really liked the pool games it was so good we recommend team oscaro to everyone

I think it’s the best hotel for family and children in the mini club every day different activities we are like se yoou next year girls

Where do i start, i have never written a review on a hotel before but i would hate for anyone to waste their money. Staff are rude they do not like English people, the whole hotel smells of drains, the food is the same all the time not even a toaster at breakfast, they want money for everything even kids activities around the pool.

It was the most awful experience. We ignored the bad comments and got influenced by the beautiful, splendid picture of the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel, rooms, food and everything else was terrible. The Rooms and toilets are outdated and need urgent repairs and decorations. The Food is awful and disgusting. No hygiene. Small flies are always on the food. Staff is unkind, unprofessional, and unhelpful. You will regret booking it, so please don't get into the trap.
