New building I think. Clean rooms. Daily cleaning and 2x bottles of water received everyday. I wish there was a restaurant/ food but all in all, great choice. I was on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from below! WiFi didn’t work from my room though so that was the only downside.

No xomment on theor service. My feedback dont take up their place.

nice owner, can negotiate price for island tours, airport transfer, etc watch out walking along curves, no walkways at both sides

This is a really good hotel. Far enough away that you won't get disturbed by the noise from Bangla, but close enough that you can walk into town. Owner is really nice. Oh and there's pizza!

Not far from the center of patong if you have a bike. Walking to bangla takes about 10-15 minutes. The room is clean but the only negative is the moisty, moldy smell, even when the aircon is turned on. You get used to it afyer about 10 minutes but when you leave the room and come back you'll smell it again. Staff is nice.

Great one for sleeping cheap clean good stuff far from the beach around 1.5km location is center of Patong town

reception is super nice, the wifi is so good in the lobby but not in the room i was in 2nd floor.

Everything is good, there is everything you need, kettle, tea, coffee, air conditioning, hair dryer. The place is not very close to the road and far from the sea

A window that wouldn't close, a terribly noisy air conditioner. I couldn't sleep all three nights either because of the cars or the air conditioner.

Very good accommodation. The owner provides excellent service. The room is spacious and very clean. The air conditioner is very cool. It is close to tourist attractions. It is convenient. It is easy to find food. It is close to convenience stores. I will definitely stay here again when I have a chance.
