Very nice and clean

The room is pretty good. But the window cannot be opened, the air is not circulating, it is a bit stuffy, it is unbearable for a long time. The Beefeater restaurant on the first floor is delicious, you can try it.

The overall cleanliness needs to be improved, the carpet on 1F is dirty, and the room card cannot be used without checking out.

It's average, about 8 minutes from the station!

The hotel is conveniently located, the room is large and the bed is comfortable. The hotel price fluctuates greatly, so I found a bargain.

Good service, not so good environment

For the cleaning of the room you have to notify every morning if you stay more than one day; the room is large with a view of the Thames, but the upholstery of the chair is worn and unpleasantly stained; the staff is very helpful and kind; the breakfast good and varied. At dinner the food is very good but the waiting times are very long.

For business trip, it is close to our project. good

Functional, well located, and good value for money

Always happy to be back at Woolwich. Although the new woman in reception is mostly on her phone and had no clue about how to help me with the new wifi, or any other basic information... Daniel and Karina went above and beyond for us, always happy to see you again. Rooms are the same, clean and good for our family visit. Breakfast a joy ass always

Reasonably priced for the area with all amenities provided. Had difficulty checking in but Daniyaal sorted everything out.

The room was fine. The restaurant was appalling. We had our friday evening meal there and it was ok at best. The restaurant decor is in desperate need of reinvestment. rips in seats, old sofas, tables and carpets. Breakfast was literally feeding time at the zoo, woefully understaffed so there weren't enough bowls or plates to go around. You know what you're getting with the food so my complaint isn't about that, more that the team were overrun. they were doing their best, and were polite and helpful, so it wasn't their fault, but whoever is in charge of rotas really needs to consider whether they have enough people on shift for a busy saturday. food on the floor, dirty tables inside and out (from the night before! beer bottles everywhere), just a really bad experience. We couldn't face it on sunday morning so found a much nicer cafe down the road.

Good hotel with brilliant access to Elizabeth line. Breakfast is a good buffet thats all help yourself, dinner food is also good but the service can be rather slow, the staff are very friendly and very helpful but obviously understaffed. Family room is rather small for 2 adults and 2 children (1×11yr old and 1 ×15yr old) with only small storage available. There is a lot of building works around the hotel so not the prettiest of views around although there is no noise from the works from early evening. Lovely area down towards the Thames and the woolwich ferry but avoid the main high street area after dusk. Overall a good stay with no major issues.
