This hotel is everything it promises. Great service, great facilities, wonderful food and bar and safe town centre location. The locality gives one access to virtually everything one needs in terms of shops, services and amenities. You need a haircut or shave - 2 minutes walk; you need a mall - 2 minutes walk; a hammam - back of the hotel; you want to eat out - just step out - got the drift? I would stay here again any day. Oh, and the showers had great flow.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but my experience was terrible from start to finish. The room was dirty, with stains on the bedding and a musty smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and mold in the corners. The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. Even basic requests took ages to be attended to, and customer service was non-existent. For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean and welcoming environment — instead, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I checked out early and will never return.

The hotel has a good location, but it's too old. The towels are all yellow, and there are no toiletries.

I stayed in this hotel for a few days and the experience was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff was always friendly, kind and helpful, ready to satisfy every request with a smile. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with fresh and quality products. The location is also excellent: well connected and convenient for visiting the city and only seven minutes by taxi from the airport. Absolutely recommended, I will definitely be back!

The room was average, but the bed was very soft.

Very poorly received on arrival, arrived at 2:15 p.m., I was only given my room at 4:30 p.m., they could not find my reservation which was paid and non-refundable, after having tried to contact the police I was given a room which gave a view of the boiler, not to be recommended………, receptionist in very bad faith!!!!! Mediocre food etc etc etc

The Tripadvisor app is very bad, and the hotel is even worse. The problem is that we booked in Sfax, but the reservation is now in Tunis.

Very clean and comfortable. The service is warm. There is hot water. There are large shopping malls, restaurants and McDonald's around. It is convenient to travel. There are many TV stations. The children are very happy and can watch cartoons. The view is wide. It is recommended to stay.
