"The hotel is in an amazing location, its situated right on the beach in Tucepi. The breakfast was outstanding and the ambience very relaxing. The room was spacious with super comfy beds. I had booked a 3 course evening meal which the hotel was unable to provide due to end of season. They offered us to eat in their sister hotel next door with drinks. We tried it one night but the buffet was really busy and it was not a relaxing experience although the food was good. The hotel refunded my evening meals including the one I already had which was a satisfactory result. We could hear the room above us a bit at night but all in all I would stay here again. The location, staff and ambience were fantastic."

"The hotel is situated in a stunning location right on the beach. There are plenty of supermarkets and stores nearby offering reasonable prices. We stayed in a beautifully updated seaside suite, which was fantastic. Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious. Breakfast drinks are complimentary, while drinks at dinner need to be paid for separately. The only downside we experienced was the customer service at the front desk. For example, when we arrived around noon, we were not allowed to use the pool, even though guests from nearby apartments had access to it. It didn’t make much sense, but we accepted it. Additionally, our room was missing a remote control. After informing the staff, it wasn’t addressed urgently and we only received it the next afternoon. It seemed that customer service wasn’t a priority here, and many guests at the pool appeared to share similar frustrations with the front desk’s unfriendly and somewhat annoyed attitude. On a positive note, our absolute favorite part was the Kids Klub! Anja and Mila were incredible, and our children absolutely loved them. Overall, it’s a great hotel with a beautiful location and excellent amenities, but don’t expect exceptional service from the front desk."

"Hotel is located on the beach and the car can be parked within walking distance on its own property. The swimming pool is quite small and sunbeds are limited, so very early already occupied. The same applies to the sunbeds at the beach. The location is nice, because you can walk along the beach with lots of shade to the town of Tučepi. In the evening in the center is lively busy, but never massive. Also a nice town nearby Makarska is definitely worth a visit. We enjoyed our time here."

"We were thrilled with the hotel! Modern rooms, exceptionally clean, a beautiful pool area, and very friendly and helpful staff. Even the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We appreciated that, for example, the in-room safe and pool towels were free of charge. There's even a laundry service, which costs a few euros but delivers a good deal. Many places don't even offer this kind of service anymore. The breakfast is fantastic: the selection may not be that extensive, but the taste and quality are excellent. Special requests are also fulfilled whenever possible (e.g., scrambled eggs with cheese and ham). The only thing we missed was the possibility of hanging laundry on the balcony. Towels can be hung over the railing, but it doesn't look very nice. Right next to the hotel is a Konzum supermarket and various restaurants. The beach is less than five minutes away. Simply fantastic!"
