"Bad hotel. Rooms are not cleaned. Electricity is disabled once 8-10 per day (only in this hotel), in neighbouring hotels there is light. Ledges at the pool are not enough for all. Cafe is good - but tables are too few. The area at the hotel is almost non-existent. The money they take isn't worth it. Disappointment."

When we were inhabited, we were not warned that the spa complex is a public bath Tuapse and the residents of the hotel are not provided with a closet to store things in the dressing room.
