Quite small, comfortable enough for just resting but not to relax. Cigarette smell was quite strong. Overall a pretty okay stay. Breakfast buffet was also good. Nice area to walk arounf

When I parked my car in the parking lot, there was a hotel staff member who drove off in the hotel car and threw a traffic cone without a word of greeting. I was told that the air conditioning didn't work because it was a special room when I checked in, even though I hadn't booked it. When I got to the room and called the front desk, the front desk's response was terrible, and a person who seemed to be the manager said that the reservation from an overseas site was made through Jalan, so it was a special room, which was an excuse that had nothing to do with us, and at the end he only apologized one word. Due to the air conditioning, 15 out of 30 rooms don't work, but this room's air conditioning works, so he brought the air conditioning remote control. By the way, I don't know why I was shown to a special room even though I didn't book it. Also, the walls of the room were thin and I could hear everything in the hallway, and amenities cost 300 yen. The breakfast buffet was not that great, so I won't be returning. Even though they said it was renovated, the walls were peeling, the air conditioning was not working, and the lock was an old lock. Above all, the staff's response was terrible. I was looking forward to staying at this hotel to relax my tired body, but I was irritated from the moment I arrived, and it became a terrible memory. I don't want to stay there again.

I used it well at a reasonable price :) From the looks of it, I'm not sure how things will change since interior construction is scheduled to begin in May, but the breakfast was delicious too! If you go under the hotel, you can also find a delicious eel rice bowl restaurant!

I use it several times a year, and the staff at the front desk recognize that I'm a repeat visitor, which makes me feel at ease. Even though the facility is old, parking is free, so I think I'll continue to use it in the future.

The facilities are sufficient, the staff are friendly, and the location is convenient. I will book this hotel again next time. I booked a relatively small room, so it was difficult to open my suitcase.

I use this hotel several times a year when I go back to my parents' house, but it seems like the quality of the breakfast buffet has declined compared to before. Also, I'm starting to notice the aging of the facilities, and the smell bothered me this time in particular. Next time, I think I'll try the nearby Toyoko Inn instead.

The cleaning staff is loud in the morning. Is there any point in checking out at 12 o'clock?

I stayed here with my child. The cartoons provided were great for the child. The volume of the phone was low so I couldn't hear what they said when I made an inquiry. The breakfast was delicious.

I've stayed here a few times and it's very clean. Previously there were a lot of amenities such as eye masks, chopsticks, and bath salts, but this time it was just the bare minimum. I was happy to receive free coffee.

After using the Suzuka Circuit pool, I moved a little by car and stayed here. We stayed at the Hollywood Twin with 2 adults and 3 children. Although it was written that we were planning to sleep together and it was not possible to add an extra bed, I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel provided one. The room was certainly small, but it was good to be able to sleep in each. thank you very much!
