Trinco Blu by Cinnamon ★★★★★
"The location of the hotel is very good, but the smell in the house is too strong! But the restaurant tastes very good and I strongly recommend eating in the hotel!!!"
Villa Hotel ★★★
"Good hotel for its price, there is a restaurant with reasonable prices, opposite is a temple on the seashore, old plumbing"
Nilaveli Royal Paradise
"A truly fantastic hotel, very clean, the staff is always available and you feel like royalty. The food is excellent and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a wonderful time relaxing!"
Havana Club Resort ★★★
"A great hotel for the price. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the pancakes!!! The portions were large, so we were full (though not the buffet). There's a pool, but the water was a bit dirty due to insects. The water was warm, though, and we swam in it occasionally in the evenings. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy during our stay, as it was a holiday."
Hotel Tobiko ★★★
"Late review! A nice place in Trinco. We went on a family trip. The premises were in a good location and the sea is a minute away. They have a big parking lot. Hospitality was exceptional. Aunty and Uncle were super friendly and helpful. Especially the breakfast. We ordered Sri Lankan breakfast as well as English breakfast. It was super delicious. The rooms were clean and well-organized. They have cute pets too. Overall, a good place to stay in Trinco. Highly recommended."
Neem Tree House, Trincomalee ★★★★
"The hotel is nice. The room is small, but there's a TV, hairdryer, and kettle. There's no refrigerator, if anyone needs one. No complaints about the hotel. However, the hotel claims they didn't advertise on Trip.com. We paid for a room with breakfast, but they showed my ******* booking as only the room listed. Breakfast was not included. This misunderstanding ruined our entire vacation experience. It turns out we paid Trip.com for breakfast, which the hotel didn't provide, since ******* only listed the room without breakfast. Very disappointing!"
Hotel Jay R
"Actually that hotel facilities are very nice. And also their customer services were very superb❤️Thank you for your greatful service"
BigJ Villas
Anukama Resort ★★★
"From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome! Everybody was nice and friendly. We could ask for everything. The breakfast was delishes. The room was spacious und very clean. All in all we had a great stay there. Highly recommended - we would definitiv come back 🤗"

WoodyCrest
"The hotel is located far from the ocean, but in this it is its plus. It stands on a hill, far from the street. To the beach 12 minutes walk. Very quiet. From the balcony you can see the ocean and surroundings. Rooms are spacious, panoramic windows. Hari watcher is very kind. All questions are resolved quickly. Just write a message. I'm staying here for the second time. Of the downsides: ants in the room will be your neighbors on a permanent basis. They are harmless, problems do not create. But the food is all to be hidden, and the trash is immediately removed or their number will increase multiplely."
Aa Inn
"The owner was rude, very unfriendly and calling his clients liars. It’s very unclean, the sheets weren’t fitting so we have to sleep on the bare mattress. The showers waseither cold or burning hot. The price for a washing machine is 8000 for 1kg (while everywhere else it’s only 500..) Do not recommend. Run away."
Nilaveli Boutique Hotel
"A terrible experience. Our plan was to relax and do PADI diving, so we booked for three nights with a 24-hour cancellation policy. The room was awful; it smelled damp, crows were croaking on the ceiling, and it was very noisy. The window wouldn't even open. The room was actually more expensive than many other options in Upuveli or other more interesting areas. The worst part is that we only stayed one night and canceled the other two because they didn't give us any trouble. They told us they would refund our money, then excused themselves by saying that Booking.com's policies didn't allow it. A complete lie. Then they said they would refund it but that they weren't a big hotel and couldn't afford such excuses. Two weeks later, we're still waiting for a refund of about €80. Day after day, they keep giving us the runaround, saying they've gone to the bank and the transfer should be arriving soon, but we never get an answer. I don't recommend this place so you don't have the same bad experience we did. The room we were assigned was nothing like the ones shown in the pictures on ***********, TripAdvisor, or Google. There's nothing around, and few restaurants. The receptionist was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The cancellation and refund process was terrible."
Nilaveli Beach Hotel
"This excellent hotel is really a resort. It is off the beaten path, but worth the extra travel time to get there. The staff are very friendly and the food at both restaurants is very good. There is easy access to the beach and it’s quiet. We were there for new years. I highly recommend it!"

"Everything was amazing, especially private pool"
Jungle Beach an Uga Experience - Trincomalee
"It feels a lot like the Maldives!"
Casamia Oceanfront Condo Nilaveli
Amaranthe Bay Resort & Spa
"Checked in, after showing the Ctrip order, they said they couldn't find the order After contacting the Black Diamond customer service, the check-in time was nearly an hour with no one waiting in line, low efficiency and poor service"
Hotel Sun Blue
"Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and flexible staff. 5 minits to the amazing beach. The ATM, restaurants and mini supermarkets are nearby. There is a fridge in the kitchen to store your own stuff and have the facility to cook your food. Highly recommended!"
Namaste Nilaveli
"This is a new small guest house (ca. 8 rooms) in Nilaveli. It's on a side road with no traffic and hardly any neighbours - very quiet at night! It's a 10-minute walk to the lovely Nilaveli beach, all on side roads with no traffic, passing typical Sri Lankan houses with the occasional cow on the road. The beach is beautiful there, you can walk along it for a long distance. The room was very large with a double bed, bedside tables, shelves to keep stuff, plenty of hangers and clothes rack. There was AC and fan for cooling. The room had 17 plugs! The bathroom is very spacious, no wet floors all over when taking a shower. There is also a nice sitting area in front of the room to relax. Everything is spotless clean. The hotel was completed just before the Covid outbreak. Right now there is no hot water or TV but I guess that will be put once the guests start arriving. The owner is on site and makes sure that everybody is comfortable. He has worked in a luxury hotel before and knows what he is doing. The food was simply amazing. You discuss your food desires in the morning and they go shopping and prepare it freshly for you. Delicious! We definitely will come back here."
