Extremely long waits between courses. Gimmicky amuse bouches can not overcome the lack of entree choices. Should guests be expected to reach to pour more water? Wine List seems to think Bio ( organic) grown wines are now best and preferred by customers. Had 3 meals in unstarred Paris restaurants such as Voltaire and Recaimer that were superior to this 1*."
