"We made this our first stop in a 2 week tour of Sicily, and we hated leaving after only 3 nights. The place is a delight. Very tranquil despite being in the heart of Trapani. Rooms are large and comfortable as are the garden and pool area. Breakfast was incredible each day. We walked to the Erice cable car and drove to the historic center. The staff and the owner, Agostino, were wonderfully kind and so helpful."

"We booked a 2 bedroom suite with balconies and city views in June as we were travelling with another couple. Unfortunately the images on the internet were quite misleading and did not clearly show that the configuration of the apartment meant that to get to the bathroom you had to go through the one of the bedrooms. Hence there was a real privacy issue. We bought this problem to the attention of the owners who agreed to split us into two single standard double rooms (with no view and ceiling level windows that could not be reached). The young female owner was lovely and apologetic and worked with us to provide a solution however unfortunately Francesco, the other owner, was not as accommodating. He erroneously continued to state that he was 'paying for us' and it was 'costing him money'. A claim that was incorrect given we had paid the full amount of AUD$1602.28 for 3 nights in the suite that had then became available to re-let. Again the young woman was very helpful and kind and the rooms have been well appointed I just think travellers need to be aware of the suite configuration. I suggested a floorplan would be good on the listing to avoid such future disappointment."

"I stayed at B&B Bianco Sale from May 1 to May 5. The property is easily accessible from Trapani Birgi Airport (a 10-minute drive) and is located on the provincial road connecting Trapani to Marsala, making it ideal for getting around and reaching the many attractions this part of Sicily has to offer. The B&B is well-maintained, tidy, and clean, with two en-suite bedrooms equipped with all the necessary comforts. Elena, the owner, is incredibly kind and will welcome you with every care and attention. In addition to offering and serving excellent and hearty breakfasts, she will be happy to offer you valuable suggestions on what to do, where to go, what to see, where to eat, and where to shop, depending on your time and travel plans. A top recommendation!"

"Easter in Trapani and overnight stay in this facility. Kindly during the booking process we were offered rooms of different types but with the same price assuming that there were many of us and we needed 6 rooms. Beautiful facility, panoramic terrace, modern and new furnishings. Unfortunately managed in an unprofessional manner. Absurd to have to book the flavor of the croissant and the drink for breakfast (which we had to pay in cash) the evening before for the next day. And what if in the morning you change your mind? I therefore suggest going out for breakfast elsewhere. Misunderstandings also for the tax document that is due to each person if they pay for a service, moreover if they pay by debit card. Too bad because the facility deserves it"

"The hotel is a bit dated and needs updating. The shower is very small, with no mixer tap, and water struggles to drain. The air conditioning (centralized) is unregulated. The furnishings are simple and outdated. There's no soundproofing; I could hear every noise from adjacent rooms and from outside. Some guests were smoking in their rooms, but the smoke detectors didn't go off. The hallway was filled with cigarette smoke, which was truly annoying. I promptly notified the front desk, but the problem recurred. The cleanliness, location, and breakfast were excellent. I found a great deal; otherwise, it's worth looking for a more modern B&B. Trapani certainly offers much better."

"the service was amazing. The staff went out of their way to help us when we couldn't get to the hotel due to the street blocks all over the city. However, the hotel itself is somewhat worn and tiring. The bed feels cheap. The location is great and right by the beach though."
